Hire some employees, twice you cost me time and money doordashing for you because you didnt have anyone making orders
I want to be detailed and honest with this review. For starters, I loved this location at one point however it has declined in customer service and sanitation. I picked up a kids meal for my little person only to have him take a bite of the chips and another bite of the quesadilla and end up in the bathroom for over an hour puking and crying in agony from stomach discomfort. I assumed that the sour cream may had been a little spoiled maybe, but after talking to the shift leader on that shift, It hit me! I recalled seeing people touch food without swapping out their gloves, bags of trash in the food prep area because they were preparing to close. Straight up disgusting
The tip of the iceberg was calling back the next day to speak to the general manager, Ann. And was told that my speculations could not be true because they prepare food fresh daily, throughout the day. AND I could not receive a refund or the food made again. I actually repeated it back to her just to make sure I was hearing her correctly. “ so I have the food and receipt and I CAN NOT receive a full refund or the food prepared over again?” And she replied, “that’s correct!”
She also stated—-
(this next comment was Insane)
That it takes 24 hours to get food poisoning (!!)
That’s not true. Food poisoning symptoms can reveal within 30 minutes of consumption.
So that there shows you the knowledge or lack there of, that the leadership has.
I’ll never go there again and if you’re reading this review, make sure you watch them CAREFULLY prepare your food!
Plz don’t say I didn’t warn you

Don't order ahead at this location. You will receive your order faster standing in line and waiting.

Came in for lunch on Monday. After waiting in a 15 minute line, I ordered 3 cheese nachos with chips on the side. Once getting the beans in the bowl, they asked if I wanted queso or diablo, I said regular. "It'll be a 10 minute wait - step outta line please."
After waiting 8 minutes, someone from the kitchen brings out queso and said "they said 2 minutes, not ten".
While I was fighting my way through the line, I was asked what protein I wanted, and I said Ground Beef "DRAINED".
They slop the rest of the ingredients in the bowl, and hand me the chips. I get a soda with those worthless plastic lids which should be paired with plastic cups only.
On my way home, the lid came off my drink - not because I grabbed the lid, but the cup folded in on itself. I drove home wearing about 20 oz of my root beer.
Then, upon opening my food, there was so much grease that I patted it with five paper towels before even attempting to eat it. Honestly this was the crappiest meal I've had from Qdoba.
I spent $16 on food that was so greasy I nearly got sick, and a drink that I wore while driving home.
"HATED IT!!!!!!!"
(Pic is AFTER removing as much grease as I could.)

They are incredibly friendly and generous with the servings. The food is delicious. I appreciated that they don’t charge extra for guacamole and queso. Despite the rain, they were very understanding and accommodating to everyone who came in through the door. I’ll definitely be back again, and if you are craving for some delicious meals, try them.

Honestly if i pay for 2 quesadillas & a bag of chips & queso for $33 , Id expect the quesadillas to have meat and actually cheese all the way through? who don’t know how to make a simple quesadilla? tortilla cheese & meat? I paid extra to have it cheese crusted and ended up w 2 steak quesadillas w no cheese and meat on half of one side of each quesadilla. next time let’s pay attention during training or basic cooking skills. the economy is way to high to be playing w people money and food.

I came in and stood in a line with only 3 people in front of me for 15 min which is outrageous considering there were 3 employees present. Then somehow even tho I said no peppers and add queso I ended up with a bunch of roasted peppers and no queso. I wonder how that would happen if not intentional. So when I come back up there to get a replacement I was told I need to stand in line again for a mistake that was not mine. Keep in mind this line now has 7 to 10 ppl in it. When I said nope I just want my money back then an employee was magically able to help me. All while I received dirty looks from the other two. I was not offered anything for my waste of time and gas to come back to the location which was a major inconvenience. I wasn’t even given a simple apology. I was made to feel like I was completely in the wrong for not receiving what I ordered and was met with hostility when I returned. If your employee doesn’t want or like to deal with the public then they can go work somewhere else like a factory but being rude cause your employees messed up is unacceptable.

This place is normally okay. Kevin the district manager was in there today. He is an absolute terrible leader and manager. The way he acted annoyed with customers simply just trying to order. On top of that he seemed very rude the lady working today.

I will make sure i never darken the door if this location again!
I am giving 2 stars ONLY because the food was correct and the guy working seemed to be trying his best. We went on Friday mid afternoon and there were only 2 people working. They weren't very busy but the guy in front of us was ordering for someone on his phone. At that point, I felt like the manager on the register could have jumped behind and at least got our order started instead of sitting there staring but she didn't. The guy starts making our order and at that point, she decides that is the perfect time to start flipping pans on the line. Not refilling necessarily- just grabbed a stack of clean pans and changing pans out. My husband and I have both worked in restaurants and that seemed so weird to be doing with a line but whatever.
We get our food and we wanted tea to drink but they didn't have any sugar or sweetner - we asked. So we sit down and start eating. Everything foodwise is fine- but it is hard to mess up the food since they make it in front of you. At some point, the manager comes out and starts wiping off tables and chatting on her cell phone. We see several people walk in and out of the corner of my eye, I am watching the 1st guy working his way down the line while the manager continues to wipe off tables without looking up. I even mention to my husband that she wasn't paying attention. So to be clear, she has now left the young man by himself with 6-8 people in line. We hear him say her name as he starts on the next order. At that point, we are done but hubby was completing the survey online. I try to leave because I am annoyed with her but hubby wanted me to sit down songe could finish the survey. At this point, the guy behind the lines whistles forbtge manager. At that point, my husband turned around and sort of glared at the manager who is still talking on her phone and has yet to have looked at the line. I appreciate that she was wiping tables but as a manager, your head should be on a swivel. She then asks my husband if she can help him with a bit of an attitude. He said no but you can help those folks waiting to check out instead if talking on your phone. At that point, the manager chooses to escalate it by saying she was talking to her boss. At that point, I knew I needed to leave before I really went off so I walked outside. The manager continued to yell at my husband and then made a remark about how he talked to me and made a reference to me tolerating it. At that point, he was walking out. Honestly if she hadn't been wearing a different shirt, I would never have known she was a manager, as she definitely didn't act like any manager I have worked under.
