Fast and friendly. Though I'd ask to wait for fresh fries. I usually always ask but forgot cause I was so excited to even be at a Rally's here in Indy. Everything was great but my fries were badly burnt.

I once ordered a chocolate shake, but got vanilla instead. It was so good, I will never order chocolate again. The Big Buford is fantastic. By the time I get home with it, it's kind of fused? together so I get every ingredients flavor in every bite. Best fast food.
