Red Habanero Kitchen-Margaritas

This was our first time trying this place and this whole experience was a 10/10! The food was really good and very tasteful, drinks were good, and the scenery was beautiful!!! The restaurant was very clean and they had great service. We came around 7 and it wasn’t busy!

Top 3 at least as far as Mexican food. I could smell the cleanliness, and the service was out of this world. A new, young gentlemen was our server, and he was amazing.

TL;DR - Attention: Red Habanero. Switch back to REAL steak for steak dishes. That garbage fajita meat from US Food Services is ruining your reputation.

Service was great. Manager was really kind.

The “steak” in the fajita was very bad. They order their fajita meat from US Food Service. It wasn’t steak. It had iridescence (look up “green and pink shine on meat”) and was more akin to corned beef in texture. I didn’t even get asked how I wanted it cooked - maybe bc it wasn’t real steak. The charred marks flavor that USFS uses really made it taste like something you get from Burger King.

The location I went to is popular with decent reviews. Not trying to disparage anyone. Just use real steak.

It was cold in the restaurant, the Rustico dish was so spicy I couldn’t finish it, and the fajitas were lackluster. Our server didn’t check on us once during the meal, and the Paloma was weak. For the $88 we spent on 2 adults and 3 kids, I wanted a better experience. Overall, we won’t be back.

Lovely atmosphere!! They weren't that busy. And it took a while for our food. Waitress took are 🍸 order it took a while to get that as well. I'm not sure what that was about. Chicken in taco was not hot and was dry and not seasoned. Chips, queso, and salsa are really good. So good, I ended up getting full on that waiting on my meal. I definitely would go back.

Disappointing. Lukewarm, flavorless nachos with what seemed to be dollar store tortillas chips. Topped with white lettuce and unmelted shredded cheese. Should be renamed nachos güeros. Salsa served in disposable condiment container for dine in guest.

We previously encountered horrible customer service at this establishment, but we decided to give it another chance. The service was extremely slow. The drinks are falsely advertised. We ordered a Skinny Margarita, which only includes three ingredients. The bartender made a traditional margarita, including the same syrup and four ingredients he used in the house margaritas, right in front of me. When we let the manager know that the bartender fixed the wrong drink, he vehemently denied it. This is the exact same thing that happened the last time we came here. My husband ordered a specilty top shelf tequila for his drink, and they used the same house tequila as included in the other margaritas. The manager acknowledged the sneak in the last time, but not today. If you care about getting what you pay for, don't trust these liars and go elsewhere.

Was greeted by hostes and seated and greeted by the waiter. My burrito had no taste my daughters Cheese Quesadilla was bland. The waiter never came back to check on the food and he kept watching me for my payment. It will be awhile until we return
