I have heard rave reviews about Rooster's Kitchen Mac & Cheese. So when my kids wanted to try a new restaurant with healthy choices, we chose to go and splurg. The restaurant decor had a bright, hearty American vibe. The tables and chairs were comfortable. The waitresses sat us in the far, back, corner. We had a 360 view of the restaurant and Tvs. I liked that because I wanted to see everything that's going on, but I thought the seating was far considering the fact...
Sorry we didn't take pics. We enjoyed it overall...started with the loaded fries with pulled chicken, plenty of stuff to justify the loaded part and the flavor was great! The kids loved the Mac n cheese. Girl had the BBQ Mac N Cheese and the boy did his own with chicken and cheese crust, big bowls and they had some to take home..2 of us had the ribs. Great flavor, sauce was good, but sweet. I like it a bit more spicy, but definitely flavorful. Wife had the pulled pork...
The Black Beer'd was excellent and I enjoyed the brisket melt. Crispy fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy as advertised. We sat outside for our meal and the quieter end of Mass Avenue did not disappoint. We enjoyed our meals without disrupting traffic and we were able to enjoy the warm but mild weather.
