First time not staying home and cooking a Christmas dinner in 58 years. And it was a wonderful decision to spend that time with my kids at Ruth’s Chris. Everything was fantastic.

Had an amazing experience tonight! From the moment I stepped out of my car and greeted with an umbrella, seated right away, and had the best service from Francisco. Great memories made with some of our treasured friends on Christmas Day…thank you Ruth Chris!

It’s always a great experience at Ruth’s Chris. This time was no exception. We came for a holiday lunch. The service, food, and ambiance were perfect.

We won't dine at Ruth Chris at 7:30 pm on Christmas night anymore. The wait staff was clearly exhausted and I don't blame them. Our waitress was wound up, practically rushed us, checking every 3 minutes while we were having drinks if we were ready to order. We had to tell her we were fine for the next 10-15 minutes. Our appetizer menu got mixed up with another table and another table's entrees were brought to us before the mistake was recognized. We enjoy later dining but we tried ordering an after dinner drink from the bar but it closed. Needless to say while we've had positive experiences with Ruth Chris before, Christmas night was really poor. We'll have to try somewhere else on a major holiday.

This is our favorite steak place. It’s ALWAYS perfect. The service is wonderful and friendly.

Had to send back our augratin potatoes, literally was potatoes through in a cooking dish with melted cheese on top. No flavor, these use to be our favorite.
No one took all the crumbs from the table, had to ask for water and bread refills.
Had Christmas music and a tree in the front lobby but no other decorations.
Very disappointing, for our Christmas Eve dinner.
Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is 8 car lengths from the entrance to the location. If you cannot step up on a curb, it will be a long walk.
