Ruth's Chris Steak House

Had a wonderful experience with my two younger daughters. Our server was very nice and gracious with my children. She was patient and checked in on us enough to make sure everything went well without hovering. The food as always was exceptional. Thanks for a great Daddy Daughters evening.

Took my wife, son, & his GF to Ruth’s Chris at Keystone Xing this past weekend and couldn’t have had a better experience. It had been a year or so since we’d been here so I must’ve somehow forgot how great it is!
This was this past Saturday eve, 6PM, we were seated immediately (had reservations), and chose to sit outdoors. Both the inside & outside felt very upscale, but not snooty. Our server was exceptional, very personable and we were equally as impressed with his timing, professionalism, and knowledge, as we were with the outstanding food. Like I mentioned, timing was perfect, bread and drinks within the first 5-minutes, appetizers 10-15 minutes later, followed by main course within 15-20 minutes (give or take, wasn’t timing it, just felt perfect). Apps were the shrimp cocktail, lobster that had a “bang bang” like twist, and salads. Main courses were 11oz Filets for som and I (I chose Oscar style with crab and baronies sauce (sp?) ), which was the best or equal to the best we’ve had. Sharable sides were the sweet potato casserole, lobster mac & cheese, and O cannot recall what the girls ordered but they loved it nonetheless. No room for dessert, however my son and his GF b-days were within a couple days apart so they were surprised with a chocolate lava type cake which we all snick a bite of. Overall experience was second to none, every aspect of the food was incredible, and the service outstanding. I’ve been a big fan of another popular competing steakhouse a couple times a month, but I can’t deny that Ruth’s Chris takes the win now, and we’ll be back again very soon!

Food and drinks were wonderful, service was great, and the atmosphere was fine; the only thing about the “atmosphere” that wasn’t appealing was the constant drips from the cooling system above my table by the window upstairs. There was a lot of condensation due to no insulation on the cooling system so, I was constantly getting dripped on. But other than this, it was a good experience.

Don’t appreciate getting several texts and emails to leave a review. It was a great dining experience and food was fabulous. However now I’m getting so many requests for a review

We have celebrated Christmas at Ruth Chris several times and always love it. The atmosphere, food, and staff make the day relaxing. Highly recommend it for Christmas or any day.

First time not staying home and cooking a Christmas dinner in 58 years. And it was a wonderful decision to spend that time with my kids at Ruth’s Chris. Everything was fantastic.

Had an amazing experience tonight! From the moment I stepped out of my car and greeted with an umbrella, seated right away, and had the best service from Francisco. Great memories made with some of our treasured friends on Christmas Day…thank you Ruth Chris!
