Ruth's Chris Steak House

We really like Ruth Chris for fine dining. Our hostess and server (Anne) were excellent! The team seem to work cohesively together which makes the experience better. (A shout out to Eric for helping with Anne's table before she got back upstairs to serve us.) We love the ambiance and just enjoy each time we chose this establishment. Thanks for a job well done.

Dinner for a friend's birthday. Steaks were superb as were the shoestring French fries. Lobster Mac and cheese was average. Service was excellent! Highly recommend this specific location for great food and service!

We love going to this restaurant. However the steak I ordered last night was below par. I hope it was just a bad night. The staff are great and the ambiance is very nice.

low rating on noise level bc kid watching cartoon on ipad at loudest volume possible. parents ignored dirty looks from other diners, wait staff did nothing. i said something on our way out. Ruined a special dinner. To this family: this isn't the Longhorn on Washington street

I made a reservation for the main dining room a few days in advance to celebrate my wife's birthday. The hostess ended up seating us at a table in the bar area, which was much louder and hard to have an intimate/romantic dinner that we were expecting. Another huge disappointment came after we wanted to order the French onion soup listed on the menu, but was told by the server that not everything for the soup is in stock and that it was unavailable to order despite being listed on the menu. Our favorite soup is French onion, especially when visiting steakhouses. After we were told that the soup listed on the menu was unavailable to order, the server continued to upsell us on seafood apps and add ons to our meal even after we let her know that we don't eat seafood. The sides ended up being alright, but the broccoli au gratin had very little cheese sauce and lacked flavor, which was another major disappointment after not being able to order the French onion soup. My wife and I also noticed managers checking in on tables surrounding us in the same area about their meal/experience, but no manager ever came to ask us about our meal or experience. Very disappointing experience from what we were expecting and as a result of the price.

The food was amazing as it always is. My twin sister and I celebrated our 65th birthday . Thank you for the birthday treat to top off our meal

We are never disappointed in any dish we order at Ruth Chris. My husband had a strip and the gumbo and really enjoyed it. I had a salad and crabcakes. The crabcake was just delicious. I will get that again. The service was exceptional. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

My wife's filet from the Classics menu was not cooked according to her wishes. She wanted it medium well and it came out medium to rare. Also she tried to cut the steak and it was very tough. My steak was fine.

We had an amazing experience for our anniversary. Our server Kendra really helped added to our meal and the food was amazing. My ribeye was cooked perfectly.

Super disappointed for the first time ever eating at a Ruth Chris. Sat twenty minutes without being served, chicken extremely overcooked. Steak and chicken portions have shrunk. They tried making it up with an app and dessert but the damage was done. Do better Ruth Chris

Our experience was excellent from the drinks and the bartenders to our food and our server. Can't wait to go again.

Every bite was great! Steaks were cooked to perfection! We loved the sizzling hot plates. The chocolate cake for dessert was out of this world! We really enjoyed our meal from start to finish.
