Think Subway meets Hawaiian bowls and there you have Poké Bros. A casual dining experience for all the sushi lovers out there. My friend treated me to lunch the other day, and it was amazing! When you walk in, you are able to look at the menu and decide if you want a build your own, or one of their custom made bowls... I always do the build your own, because I like salad and lettuce only... And I get both types of lettuce, crab, ginger, marinated, tuna, seaweed, salad, edamame, and mango!! I order from Poke bros pretty regularly because their ingredients are always fresh looking and tasting!! They give you a great portion for how much you pay. I haven't visited the restaurant yet and have only ordered via door dash & it's always super quick! I wish I had a photo but I literally devour it the second it arrives!
