I visited this store when they just opened because it is close to my house, but I had a bad experience with the food so I stopped going, today I gave it another chance and they have improved in terms of the food, everything was delicious. The serving staff seems annoyed, I guess it's because of the time I went. I hope it's not like this all the time.

Such a cute little shop! The gentleman working was very friendly and got our order very fast. The ice cream was delicious and a small cup was more ice cream than I expected for the low price. I wish I knew about this place sooner, we will be back for sure!

I will say this place is a hidden gem. Very nice and cute little ice cream shop. My husband always comes home & brings us fresh orange juice from here, and I decided to try the frescas con crema (strawberry & cream). Which was so refreshing. Everything completely fresh and delicious definitely recommend ??

Stopped in after living in the area for a long time and never going in (mainly because I was worried that my horrible Spanish would lead to an awkward transaction, but everyone spoke English so no worries there). Got a waffle cone with ferrero rocher and fresas con crema ice cream and it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back!

Delicious and unique ice cream, but the lady "helping" us looked pissed and annoyed. First time I don't leave a tip. The lady who served us seemed annoyed with serving us and was rude. The ice creams were very delicious, but she spoiled the moment for us.

Wow, I'm impressed by the treatment they just gave us, my daughter came in for two small strawberries and cream and an ice cream and one of them was served normal as always (we've been customers since they opened) but the other was with strawberries swimming around, literally I eat 2 chopped strawberries and the rest of the milk, well between me and I kindly explained to her what was happening because maybe it was an oversight and the very rude and defensive lady told me what was served and if I wanted more I should have given them I said I wanted extra strawberries, I was like, what?? I'm not saying that I want extras, I'm asking to serve what should be like the other glass but she decided to just tell me in a heavy way that however I wanted and well what I did was leave her glass of milk there and some other strawberry, this is a shame that businesses are friendly only when they are starting and when they are already established they only decide to put on a bad face and have a bad attitude. Now we will stop coming here and when someone asks me for a good place for snacks I will definitely not recommend them

Very terrible customer service from all the staff including the owner... in my case I work in a restaurant and for me the customer should be treated with respect and with great kindness since they even pay for that, which is what that staff does. It's missing... on my part I won't come back again...

First time visiting this ice cream shop and the last one I will not be back again it's a joke I paid $25 dls for a raspado (tamarind flavor) the syrup flavor taste so bad it was rotten tamarind and Mango raspado had the same taste , the Popsicles that I got had no flavor either they looked like the were made a month ago . If you're looking for a place to get expired food this is the place to go . They need to taste their products before they served their customers.

The ice cream are great and service is good but I don’t like the fact that is you pay with card they ask: would you like to leave a tip ??
