Shake Shack Indianapolis Airport

Terrible employees and service, all feel entitled. No apparent management. Will not visit again.

Josh at shake shack is the best! He greats me with a smile and thanks me for my purchase. Seem simple but it’s not Josh goes above the call of duty

I have a gluten allergy, and the cashier was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Food was delicious and I felt safe knowing she had looked out for me :)

EXTREMELY slow workers. I saw people leaving because of how slow they were working and its just not very nice. EXTREMELY bad attitude too. They were laughing the whole time. I was trying ti explain my order and she was giggling. Nothing wrong with giggling its just the tone and the body language, i nicely asked if they could move it up a little for my food because my flight was leaving and she rudely answered that i should not have orderd if my flight was leaving (we had been waiting for 20 min) i was supper upset.

I don't know what these other folk went through, but service was good. It's fast food at an airport, you order, pay, then get your food. The burgers apparently come with nothing on them so that was disappointing, but pretty good meat. Way better than the meat in the Bub's burger I had in the airport last trip. I would visit again!

A lot of reviews talk about bad attitudes, we did not experience that this time or the previous time that we were here. They do take just a bit longer to get food out than some Shake Shacks, but it still was pretty reasonable. The food was great, the cheese was like usual, the burgers were cut well and full. Fries were delicious!

I did not think anything was gonna be open before my 5 AM flight and was super pleased that they opened at 3:30 AM. The terminal didn’t even open until 345. Breakfast was great and service was quick. I was also the only customer there at this point so that definitely helped.

The employees here have the nastiest attitudes. Most of their time was spent standing around and yelling at each other while everyones food sat under their heat lamps.
The manager was there, but he looked like he had been doing lines in the bathroom for the past three days and was very uninterested in anything that involved his employees.

Eat somewhere else if you value your time.

Food was amazing, but the workers were trash. Starting snapping at customers and complained about everything. They lied about their stock just so they didn't have to do their jobs, and they were painfully slow. One worker left their vape on the cash register for everyone to see. Save yourself the mental anguish and eat somewhere else

First time trying the food, The services from the employees are terrible I didn’t hear my name called and went up to ask about it and one of the young ladies had an attitude of course and dropped my bag on the counter rudely …didn’t look at me or anything. All that attitude just to have my order wrong! I did not go back and complain after paying my money because they are unapproachable!! There is no reason to have an attitude if you don’t like what you do for a living quit! I did not hear my name called, my apologies but the customer service sucks no one is smiling at the customers only at each other… if I wasn’t hungry I would have waited till my flight landed in Vegas always a great experience there!
