Just had a corned beef sandwich from here. It was super tasty and the staff were nice too.
Next time I'm in the airport, I'll be getting this again.

2 girls running the front today were super sweet. I'm not sure on the food, but my cinnamon bagel with cream cheese was delish.

Terribly disappointed. Chicken salad was old, dry and had no flavor! Whole wheat bread was borderline stale. Seriously? Long time downtown customer, this isn’t Shapiros!
My wife enjoyed the Pastrami Sandwich as we waited for a flight. She said the service was excellent.

$30 for a pastrami sandwich, fountain drink, and a side (potato chips.) The pastrami wasn't that good and there was certainly less of it than what they serve at their downtown location. Btw, the chips were the only sides they offered because they were sold out of all the other sides...2 1/2 hours before closing. I don't understand how Shapiro's puts their name to this place.

If you’re enticed by the lack of lines you should know there’s a reason for that.

After seeing a lot of negative reviews, I wanted to see if that was the case. To the contrary, I was met with several kind and considerate employees. Service was prompt and the sandwich was ready quickly. It was pricey, as airport food usually is, but it was a well-made chicken salad sandwich that made for a nice lunch. Would visit here again!
Over priced. Took forever. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Airport prices are usually escalated... I paid $65 for 2 sandwich combos, the price on the board is not what you will pay. I found the complaints about rudeness and cleanliness were an issue. Sandwiches tasted good, but just not worth it. They also had only white and wheat (at a deli?) for bread. This place is best to leave be.

Food was adequate but the service was terrible. It was as though Kaylyn and her counterpart did not want to be there and had no interest in serving me. I also purchased a roast beef sandwich a cup of soup, bag of chips and spent $37. Overpriced not worth it.

The two women that were working were a complete embarrassment. Insanely rude “you can’t read the menu” when I asked a simple question. Unfortunate.

Always great. Only get reubens. But man they have gotten so expensive over the years but nice once in a while treat. We go to indy downtown one usually. Daughter always picks it for her birthday dinner as I let my kids pick wherever they want. I still remember when the were 6.95, now 19.95. But once you have a Shapiro one no place else is good enough. And their strawberry cheesecake.

Only 2 meat choices and one side available on their menu. The meat was poor quality and the Mac was super overcooked mush on this visit. The bill was $35 for a sandwich, drink, and side. Terrible value for money, even at the airport! The small seating area they have is no longer available either, they use it to store junk now.
A far cry from the Shapiro’s that I remember.
