Great atmosphere and very nice staff. Shelby St feels very welcoming when you come in. Definitely a hidden gem on the Southside.
A great neighborhood bar with friendly staff and wonderful menu items. It’s just the right atmosphere to chill out and have some great food and drink. Also, very impressed with the cleanliness of the bar.
We just returned home from a wonderful dinner and drinks at Shelby Street Tavern. We live on the northeast side of Indy, but plan to frequent this great restaurant.
The Boom Boom Chicken sandwich was awesome. All of us loved the atmosphere and the food and drinks.

The wings are considered phenomenal and some of the best around, and the burger and fries are also very tasty. The friendly bartender and involved owners create a positive experience for customers. Overall, the tavern provides a pleasant dining and drinking experience with reasonable prices for the quality of the food and drinks. Recently, customers have enjoyed a lively karaoke session, with some trying it for the first time, along with themed nights like Hangover brunch Sunday and live music on weekends. The atmosphere is inclusive and friendly, making it a favorite neighborhood bar for many.
