Smiley's Ocean Themed Adventure Park

My son's 4th birthday party was great, great host was very helpful, nice space and decorations a blast for young kids

Lil girl had fun but the staff that watches the floor needs to pay more attention to the kids rather than their cell phones

This was a really good place to take my 3 year old son. He absolutely loved everything about it! The only thing I disliked was that the staff was unprofessional. There was 3 adult male employees playing on the basketball trampolines and my son among other kids had to wait atleast 20mins before they were able to play on it.

If you want to pay $60+ to watch all the staff have headphones in and their phones out and wear sweatpants & hoodies then this is your place… oh wait also vaping in the arcade room. Pretty cool. Nice to know you guys staff everyone to not do anything, may recommend people to apply here! And god forbid you spend hundreds of dollars on one of their ridiculously priced party rooms and bring your kid cupcakes instead (they won’t allow it).

An employee was FaceTiming someone while “watching” kids on the slides. At least 3 large equipment wasn’t working. Was not very clean. Not even close to worth the price. Wanted to try it out, but won’t be back.

Sharing our experience for the parents who want to go later in the day during the week with their kids. We have been 2 times now and they have closed everything down way earlier than expected. We show up probably between 5-6ish and they close at 8 on the weekdays. Our daughter made her way over to the rice pit area around 6:20 and 4min later, she and all the other kids in that area are told they are closing it at 6:30. This confused me cos there's literally a sign on the wall that says it closes 30min to closing time. I felt rushed out. Couldn't buy any water, couldn't play any games, no rice pit, no game room, no massage chairs, no ballpit game area, etc. They legit turned off the games so no one could play them. I just found it to be ridiculous. We love this place usually but our last 2 visits have left a bad taste in my mouth. We will spend our money elsewhere. For the price, it was not worth it. If the goal is for all the kids to have fun, they should abide by the sign they have on the wall or just take the sign down. And their employees could have better attitudes. They seem like they don't wanna be there lol.

Unfriendly staff, they are all on their phones and barely want to help you. We normally go to Kids empire but wanted to try out smiley we brought our own socks but they make you buy a smiley socks. Why does it have to be a smiley socks i dont get it. its a rip off!

Great place for indoor play but the air cannons need turned down! Waaaaay too loud for kiddos

It was my first time bringing my kids here. When I first entered the staff was not friendly at all!! They looked like they don’t even was to be there so that was a red flag for me. The area for the kids to play was small but my kids had fun. The arcade was not too bad as well. Overall my kids had fun but you guys need to work on better customer service

Fun place however the ball guns are way to loud and scare not only my child but multiple other children as well.

My family and I come to Smiley often and the kids love it.
Today one of the staff members stepped in to make sure my 3 year old son was able to enjoy a new attraction offered that he was a bit too short to get on by himself. ( I didn’t buy the socks to go in with them like an idiot lol)

Always a great experience for the kids. Would recommend getting the adult socks lol

Drove 4 hours to visit Smiley after seeing a reel. My grandson absolutely LOVED this place. It was fairly busy but there was still plenty of room to play! Lots of space. The place was very clean! The workers were very friendly and helpful. We WILL be back as we had a wonderful day here!!
