Love this place! Especially on a weekday and you just want to let your toddle run around and be free! The weekends are ok but my baby is small and I don’t like the anxiety of getting of the older kids running around her!
Dirty, broken, dangerous.
Great idea, great space but SO expensive.
There was a kid who got a bloody nose, staff were not notified by parents (my son said he saw the kid with blood coming from his nose when I asked him to get out later). As I’m picking up my baby from the ball pit I noticed balls with blood smeared on them close to her. I told the staff and instead of shutting it down and doing proper clean up, they hand picked the balls out and sprayed the surrounding ones with cleaner. Not the best public health clean up protocols. We were so grossed out, our whole group left. I hope they can get better protocols and do better cleaning because it’s a fantastic idea and so great for little little kids!
Wonderland for Toddlers and Young Kids
We had our kid’s 2nd birthday party here, and she and her friends LOVED it. The whole park is safe and packed full of ways you can be creative and have fun. The toddler specific area is a big help for parents with toddlers that are nervous about taking on some of the larger areas (like the incredible ball pit).
All the staff were friendly and kind, especially our party host who made sure that we had everything we needed and that kids had a blast!
This is such a great place to bring kids and let them burn off some energy. I especially love the areas that offer lower lighting and smaller play pits and interactive wall games and the arcade has fun options for kids that are a little older. I had my son's bday party here a few months ago and the assigned party helpers are super helpful and nice. My ONLY concern is the facility maintenance/cleanliness. I'm not sure of the process but at a recent visit I was looking at the carpeted stairs in the smaller kid play area and was disgusted, it looks like it's never been cleaned. There's a lot of tape attmepting to hold things together..some of the tape has failed. I can only imagine how often other areas are sanitized but I do hope they take the time to have this done immediately and consistently.
This place is amazing it is a lot larger than expected. If your kid likes “Blippi” style of places. Put this on the list.
It's a great place for kids. Crowed on weekend. Only problem i had was being able to see kids cause I'm in wheelchair. There was couple places to see them but not little kid play area not at all. So if in wheelchair you will be disappointed.
When did it become acceptable for employees to walk around smelling like weed? And clearly this young lady was smoking while she was working! She smelled horrible for hours! No regard for customers who are subjected to the odor. She’s rude, not one kind word came out of her mouth! Does the management not care? Do they need bodies in positions that bad? What a shame…. This is supposed to be a family friendly place. We as families should not have to worry about drugs or who’s doing them and working with children in this type of environment.
Do not bring your children here if you value their safety! My 3year old slid down 10 ft and was trapped under the climbing wall! He slid down because of the unsecured enclosure. Management informed me the only way they know something is broken or not secured, is someone gets hurt or it’s reported by someone. Make sure you watch your child the entire time….getting help from staff is difficult due to the fact they will most likely be on their phones!
The place was quite crowded, and the play areas felt small and unsafe. Kids were constantly bumping into each other. It didn't feel spacious enough for kids to play freely without risking collisions. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and wouldn't recommend it for those looking for a safe and roomy environment.
Restaurantji Recommends
Force you to tip on a food order, is crazy
Really expensive for what they offer. Really only good for 3 and under. Don't recommend at all.
My son's 4th birthday party was great, great host was very helpful, nice space and decorations a blast for young kids
Lil girl had fun but the staff that watches the floor needs to pay more attention to the kids rather than their cell phones
This was a really good place to take my 3 year old son. He absolutely loved everything about it! The only thing I disliked was that the staff was unprofessional. There was 3 adult male employees playing on the basketball trampolines and my son among other kids had to wait atleast 20mins before they were able to play on it.
