This was a really good place to take my 3 year old son. He absolutely loved everything about it! The only thing I disliked was that the staff was unprofessional. There was 3 adult male employees playing on the basketball trampolines and my son among other kids had to wait atleast 20mins before they were able to play on it.
Sharing our experience for the parents who want to go later in the day during the week with their kids.
We have been 2 times now and they have closed everything down way earlier than expected. We show up probably between 5-6ish and they close at 8 on the weekdays. Our daughter made her way over to the rice pit area around 6:20 and 4min later, she and all the other kids in that area are told they are closing it at 6:30. It was my first time bringing my kids here. When I first entered the staff was not friendly at all!! They looked like they don’t even was to be there so that was a red flag for me. The area for the kids to play was small but my kids had fun. The arcade was not too bad as well. Overall my kids had fun but you guys need to work on better customer service
