The ribs are tender, juicy, and have the best flavor of any we have tried in or around Indianapolis. The brisket melted when you bit into it, too. The unexpected winner was the macaroni and cheese.

Best BBQ in Indy!!! Love the owners. Love all the meats...........But its the sides that are extraordinary. I hate cole slaw but I love their cole slaw. My son hates green beans but he loves their green beans. Their baked beans and mac and cheese are excellent. And save room for the banana pudding. I used them for my daughter's graduation open house party and will be using them for my son's this year. It is so easy to order and the food is always excellent. Love the New Palestine location as well.

The food was absolute garbage, I ordered the sampler which was suppose to be 3lbs of their meats,they were out of ribs out of chicken and only had brisket and pulled pork the brisket was completely fat, they didn't even bother to trim the fat off, the sides were even worse I spent over 90.00 for this garbage

Prices are comparable to other BBQ restaurants...but you always get your moneys worth. You can sense the abundance of TLC that's put into each and every meal thats prepared & served. Not just in the quality of food, but the excellent consistency of all food served and quality of service you receive from placing your order, preparing your food & even in delivering it to your car. You get a smile and sense of appreciation as their customer. (And I really enjoy being a valued customer!) You can order a single serving or order in advance for large quantities... like we do for special family occasions. I've had a little of everything they serve. But my personal favorite is the Brisket!! It's so tender and tasty that i like it without any sauce. But their BBQ sauces are yummy too. So, if you're looking for a great Go-To for BBQ Trust me when I tell you that you won't be disappointed with Smokin Barrel BBQ!
