Love this place but lately it’s been hit or miss. When checking website brisket is ready. Once you go to restaurant told only chop or none available. Last few times when they did have brisket they pulled it earlier losing the great smoke flavor I love when visiting prior. Hopefully this issue won’t continue with brisket not being available on Fridays or I’ll have to find a new BBQ restaurant going forward. Peace and blessings.
The staff are always great and I have liked going here since the first time I saw the sign and stopped. But I hate to say the food is very hit or miss the past several times I have stopped for carryout. The pulled pork is normally really good but the buns are frequently burnt/overcooked. 1st impression wasn't good on a Sat afternoon. They were out of cold slaw. The pulled pork, brisket and corn casserole were all dry. The tips were good, the sauce was lite. They should stick with BBQ only.
