“Firstly it was a great experience! It was my first time at Dick's after a 15hr flight from Honolulu to Indy. It was just what I needed, being bullied. The food was amazing! Ember was our server and she was beautifully charming.(Add me on Insta Ember, the kids miss you mamas😔😔) The ambiance was wonderful, even ended our meal caroling Jingle Bells with them on stage. “Five stars – A truly exceptional birthday celebration! We finally had the chance to dine at Root & Bone for the very first time, and it was well worth the wait. I had been saving this visit for a special occasion—my partner Michael’s 65th birthday—and I’m so glad I did. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish bursting with flavor and clearly crafted with care. Watching the kitchen through the open window was a joy in itself. You could see the pride and attention each chef put into their work, and every plate that came out looked like a masterpiece. What truly elevated the evening, though, was the incredible service. Our server, Imani, was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took time to understand our preferences, walked us through the menu in detail, and made thoughtful recommendations that hit the mark. Her presence tied everything together so gracefully and made us feel genuinely cared for. Michael was delighted from start to finish, and I could not have asked for a better way to mark this milestone. Root & Bone has officially become a new favorite, and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for such a memorable and joyful evening.“

“The young men working the lunch shift today had the best customer service. I was acknowledged when I walked in the store and again at the counter. My order came quickly and I was checked on a bit later to see if everything was ok. Finished plate was picked up by staff. I noticed the same service for all customers.

“While visiting our son in Indy, we ate here for the first time on May 9th. We had a party of 5. It was around 9:30 pm. We had a small wait of around 20 minutes. When we sat down , we had a small wait before our drink orders were taken. The manager walked by and she immediately noticed that we were waiting. She took our drink orders without being asked. We had a wonderful experience. The food was great ! The drinks were great. The service was great ! We’ll be back!“

“We got it TO-Go This are first time trying it and I will say this was so Good 😊 yes cash only but he said there was a ATM in there Anyway let’s talk about this food. I got the fried chicken and smothered chicken yes I’m indecisive so I got both it came at four sides each and this cornbread was amazing 🥲 like cry cause imma so fat later. All of it was amazing I love the corn casserole 10/10 take my money !!! Also, I got dessert. I got a red velvet and a lemon cake Both was a hit absolutely amazing“

“Group of 8 went for lunch. Service was very prompt and they did a great job getting out food in a reasonable time and all was fresh. Our waitress, Krissy, made sure to check on us & watched to make sure our drinks were refilled. Can see why this location stayed open when others have closed“
