This is my second day working at this Starbucks, and I have had a nice experience in general. What made me leave a review was that the staff comported themselves with such patience, kindness, and respect when dealing with an autistic customer. I was very impressed by all interactions they had with this very atypical customer. As far as Starbucks goes the seating area wasn’t clean, the floors looked like they’d been cleaned with a dirty mop, and everything just felt a little run down. Service was a little slow. The drinks are the same as you’ll get at any Starbucks which is the redeeming part of my visit. The staff was nice and the waiting and seating area had good vibes. The customers, including me, were all having our needs met and we were all in good spirits. I will advise that I have a bias...
I love coming to this location, The only negative experience I can say is from today only one car ahead of me and I was in line for more than 10 minutes.The girl at the register was rude and had a very nasty attitude, poor customer service. Maybe take her off the window and have her make drinks instead of dealing with the public. Overall I’ll continue to come to this location :) nicer baristas I suggest.
