I mobile order here most weeks and I ordered my drink like normal and it had black crumble on top. I ordered sugar cookies crumble so I was asking why there is black stuff in my drink and what it was. I showed my order with the picture and the barista proceeded to tell me it wrong and I need to be educated. I just wanted to know what was on it and if it was safe to drink. Here’s photos vs what’s on the app that I ordered. I’ve never had a problem at this location before...
This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Only go here if you have a lot of spare time without anywhere to be. Always give them at least 3x longer than the app suggests for mobile orders or you will be waiting and you will be late to wherever you are trying to go.
