Peyton made my morning! I grab my 2.5 year old the same cake pop I always do, while running late to work, but today I apparently picked the wrong color ( typical 2 year old melt down loading…). Peyton was in the middle of making a drink on a busy morning, and noticed this all about to unfold. As I walk back to the register to get back in line to now get him a different cake pop, Peyton asked if everything was ok. I say ‘yes’… he was busy and I didn’t want to bother anyone with my child’s little tantrum. You could see on my face I was flustered since I’m already running late and just trying to get my 2yo out of Starbucks and on our way. So he asked again ‘are you sure? If you want me to grab you a different cake pop I would be more than happy to!’. Long story short he quickly grabs me a different flavor, and we leave happy with no meltdown. I know this seems like something so small to some, but you really don’t get that kind of customer service, or anybody to care about anything going on around them anymore… so it was a breathe of fresh air and GREATLY appreciated. Peyton, you’re amazing and I hope you know that this gesture made me switch my morning Starbucks run to your location every time ❤️

I usually put in mobile orders & pick them up to avoid the drive thru line on the weekends. I put my drink in about 15/20 minutes before I got there because in the past it's usually busy in the mornings & I was hoping it would be ready when I got there. I walked in & realized my drink wasn't being made yet & I talked to a team member named Mohamoud (not sure if I am spelling that correctly) & I let him know what was going on & he checked & told me that it was in the queue & would be ready shortly. He was very nice & helpful! So I went over & was standing on the left hand side of where you wait for your drink leaning up against the counter area next to where they sit drinks when they are done & I was on the phone having a conversation with my mom. Then, a worker named Vidal walks up with stuff to put away on the inside of the counter & looks over at me & says "can I help you?" & I respond by saying "no, I am just waiting for my drink to be made." He then very seriously looks at me & responds with "Well, you're making me uncomfortable." Keep in mind that I am standing there with at least 10 other people who are all waiting for their drinks to be made like I am & I'm on the phone having a conversation not even remotely paying any attention to this person whatsoever. Once Vidal tells me that "I am making him uncomfortable.", I immediately looked at him like 'did I just hear you correctly' & said "I'm making you uncomfortable? How am I making you uncomfortable when I'm talking on the phone & waiting for my drink like every other person behind me." He did not have a response to that question. I immediately called over the guy that helped me first, Mohamoud (not sure if I am spelling that right) & explained what his fellow coworker Vidal just said to me & he completely agreed that what he said was absolutely uncalled for. Vidal was standing behind him the whole time while I was telling the other worker what happened & would not say one word now. I then asked the nice worker if there was a manager there that I could speak to about what just happened with Vidal. He directed me to the two business cards sitting by the entrance by the trash cans. I have called the store manager & they left a note for him to call me back & also left a voicemail for the district manager & am waiting to hear back also. For a worker to directly look at ONE customer who is standing there not only who is on the phone & not even speaking to or paying any attention to them, but also a customer who is standing where they are supposed to stand with at least 10 other waiting customers & say something so inappropriate when they did not have one interaction whatsoever with you or even speak to you the entire time they were in the store is absolutely ridiculous & should never happen. Every other visit I have had at this store was positive but I do not think I will be returning to a store that has that kind of person working there, that makes unprovoked & inappropriate comments to customers who are minding their own business waiting for their drink like everyone else. I really hope no other customers are treated with that much disrespect & targeted for no reason whatsoever by Vidal.

As someone who has worked in the food industry for over 8 years, it's sometimes confusing when a staff isn't properly trained to make basic drinks. It stinks because it's my local Starbucks. Between the staff with a sometimes careless approach and the constant wrong drink orders; it sucks that I'll have to drive to other locations

I come through the drive thru just about every morning! They pretty much know my drink by heart. The customer service is always on point! Between Zee, Alex, Spencer, Kerigan (I hope I didn’t butcher that name) they’re so amazing! Always friendly and a smile. One time I changed my drink completely and they were surprised lol! So was I! But, now I’m back to my normal lol. Thank you guys for always being so friendly it doesn’t go unnoticed.
