The recent lower reviews here are silly, my dudes. This starbies location is filled with the most wonderful and chipper staff. You can tell how well managed this place is. I have to constantly remember to take out cash for the sole purpose of tipping these people. When I was cruising through the drive thru on my way to chemo, they were so fundamentally kind and cheerful that they made me feel like life was worth living without ever knowing it. There's no other starbucks like this one. Someday, should I achieve greatness, I will leave these staff members my fortune.

Hands down BEST White Mocha made by Sweet Veronica!!! Had to post the last of the cup because there was no "syrup" sitting on the bottom. Stopped ordering this drink at other Starbucks because it never seem stirred. Now that I've found a great Barista, I'll get to order me favorite drink more! ❤️

As an organization that depends on its community, it is just plain tacky to not show that same support for your community. I asked if I could add a poster for our local middle school's musical on their community board and I was told no. They do not allow posters for "anything that costs money." Children's tickets to the musical cost $5.00! It costs more to get a small drink (or a "tall") at Starbucks than it would to support your local public school arts program!

Stood waiting on a drink for 15 mins , watching everyone else get what they ordered. Had I not said anything they wouldn’t have even acknowledged I had been waiting . The only reason it bothered me is because once I did speak up employees were so nonchalant

So, I have to start with... I'm partially lactose intolerant. I can do cheese and yogurts... but liquid dairy... nope!
I have a go to order. Tall iced peppermint mocha with coconut milk and a sausage egg and cheese with no cheese. See, I can do the cheese but I don't take chances.
I've been sitting on the toilet for the past hour because somebody at this location didn't read the order right The person at the window was great. Very kind, repeated my order...I felt safe. I felt secure and I trusted this person. Their teammate, however, did not come through for them so I have to give such a low score. Normally I chalk this up to a daily loss (it has happened before, these places get busy and mistakes happen) I think..... this is why we make our own drinks at home. But today I'm missing my son's competition because I can't be more than ten feet from a restroom.
Would I go back? Yes. But dang guys... really dropped the ball today.
