honestly as a previous starbucks barista i was extremely disappointed to walk in after placing a mobile in store order in the evening to not even be greeted and everyone is more focused on mopping when they don’t close for 2 more hours. no one was on bar and once i stood by mobile bar they eventually started making my drink after catching up from the other mobile orders. i showed up around 5 mins after placing for in store because i stopped in to use the restroom and they still didn’t start my order until well after i have been back from the restroom and standing there. again i’ve been a barista and this was awful customer service. definitely will not be returning to this location.

James, Gavin and the rest of the team are like family! I’m always greeted so warmly and my order is even remembered! A big part of my day is going in to not only purchase an item but to see them! James also helped my school’s basketball team fundraise money! I love them!!! Thank you guys!!!
I came in on 8/4 and my app was glitching out for my birthday drink. The team that was in there all was super nice and helpful, I think the girl that took my order was Madison, seriously thanks for being understanding and being human.

The recent lower reviews here are silly, my dudes. This starbies location is filled with the most wonderful and chipper staff. You can tell how well managed this place is. I have to constantly remember to take out cash for the sole purpose of tipping these people. When I was cruising through the drive thru on my way to chemo, they were so fundamentally kind and cheerful that they made me feel like life was worth living without ever knowing it. There's no other starbucks like this one. Someday, should I achieve greatness, I will leave these staff members my fortune.
