As a rule, most Starbucks are usually pretty consistent with service, but this location is the best I have ever been to. They remember my name when I come in. They are extremely welcoming. Always a treat to start my day with them.

Really negative experience at this Starbucks, that I have gone to hundreds of times and will not go back. It’s closest to my home but I will have to find another one. When ordering a drink in the drive thru, the person taking my order was so rude that I immediately drove away and didn’t even get my order, which has never happened before. I used to associate Starbucks with friendly people working there. I called the location twice after this happened, trying to get ahold of someone to explain what happened but no one answered. I made sure to check the time I was there so they can review the incident if possible, but again no answer.Edit: to the owner's response, I tried to send an email and haven't heard back.

i have gone to this starbucks location multiple times and my order has been messed up every time. i got this spinach wrap and when i took it out of the package it was all mangled. i took it up to the person working and she didn’t apologize or offer to remake it for me. i am highly disappointed in this type of service. as a person who works in food, you should always make sure the customer is happy with what they’re given and pay for. i don’t recommend going to this location if you’re wanting good service.
I never write yelp reviews and don't even own the app but needed to get it to write this. Guy who took my order was an asshole. Very rude and usually when I go to starbucks the workers are USUALLY very nice! That's what customer service is supposed to be like. I work at a restaurant so I get it everyone has their days and customers suck sometimes but I did nothing to this guy for him to be such a dick. Not to mention I got a food item and when he handed it to me there was whip cream COVERED on the bag. Told him to keep the change and as soon as I said it he threw it in the jar carelessly.
