Got my drink free after waiting 15 minutes due to an issue at the store. I didn't ask for a discount or a comp, but was offered it immediately due to the wait. To me, that shows accountability even when it isn't being forced by the customer. That's what I want from businesses I support. I will be sure to get my Sbucks from here from now on!
Our order took a very long time, because there was a brand new employee that didn't know a single thing and needed help from the trainee for every move he made. The atmosphere was pretty good except there was a very caffeinated man in there having a very loud business meeting at one of the tables.

Everything here is great behind the counter. Fast service and good product (though not a personal fan of Starbucks coffee). Employees were friendly.
The problem is in the customer area. Overflowing trash, very dirty sugar/napkin area. Dirty floors. A restroom with an inoperative lock. Tables and chairs look worn. It all just needs a little more attention.
Would come back, but probably wouldn't use the seating area.
