Everything here is great behind the counter. Fast service and good product (though not a personal fan of Starbucks coffee). Employees were friendly.
The problem is in the customer area. Overflowing trash, very dirty sugar/napkin area. Dirty floors. A restroom with an inoperative lock. Tables and chairs look worn. It all just needs a little more attention.
Would come back, but probably wouldn't use the seating area.

We ordered a hot Christmas blend coffee to go. Once in the car and of course, after we pulled away, we realized the coffee was not hot but more slightly above room temp. It's so disappointing when you order a hot cup of coffee on a cold day and don't get it. We were on our way to somewhere that didn't allow us the time to turn around and go back to ask them to correct it.
