Walked in at 20 min till 9pm.and was told they were closed. I understand its 20 min till but come on. The staff was always completely rude about it. I am a Starbucks regular and im glad the store i normally goto doesn't treat people this way.

Just go to a different Starbucks because the people that work at this one obviously didn’t read the handbook ordered a venti white chocolate frap with extra pump of white mocha I have never had to specify that I want coffee base was in drive through they handed me an all white drink handed it back said supposed to be coffee based they brought me back a drink(alittle to quickly) white but not as white so I pulled out of line went inside and the lady made me taste the drink first( I order this drink 90% of my Starbucks orders) before she remade I sat it down and said it’s wrong she did remake me one after that which is just okay yes better but not what it could be if we were teaching all our employees the same thing and not to be rude
Ordered a Cherry Ice Chai Latte with extra foam light ice and they gave the opposite Strawberry regular foam and a lot if ice and the Strawberry Aci was full if ice and no lemonade

This morning did a mobile order for a venti carmel macchiato with extra carmel drizzle. Absolutely no carmel drizzle or any carmel in it at all. Very disappointed. Will not return to this location.

Until recently, I went to this Starbucks up to 5 days a week and sometimes twice a day. Their former staff were wonderful, always friendly and my orders were accurate. Over the last couple months, the staff has changed and so has the quality of service. My order is wrong most of the times I go (ex: I ordered falafel multiple times and was given the wrong food 3 days last week) and my drinks are made differently every time I go (ex: frozen tropical citrus energy drink but not blended or missing strawberry puree or both). It's out of my way to go to other locations but I've started going to the other locations or not going at all. Hopefully, the staff gets more training on order accuracy.
