Best latte I’ve had in a long time! This place is super crazy busy and I still got a quality drink! Impressed at how efficient they were and it is before 6am.
Crowded, staff doing the best they can, but the crowd is overwhelming. New system of service or increasing number of staff and workstation.
The first time I've been served a breakfast sandwich that was completely frozen in the middle. Asked for a new one and the employee seemed very miffed with me. Didn't say anything to me, just made a new one (which was extra burnt and almost inedible). No apology or anything. Glad this isn't my local Starbucks. Order also took forever and they had 4 people on staff and hardly any customers.
Had a very good experience here last time I flew through Indianapolis. The coffee was very good, as usual.
Not a fan of their customer service. I had to wait for the a muffin for 45 minutes and was told they are out. I wished to told sooner before I miss the flight. Beware if you have a flight. Be prepared to wait more than 30 minutes.
Sad to see low reviews here. I fly in and out of Indy a few times a year, usually catching a 6am flight and I am in line at Starbucks. The staff are diligent and work hard and fast. The line is full of extremely crabby, demanding passengers who are blaming staff for a long line, the fact that they had to get up and haven't had their first cup of caffeine, etc. Congrats ladies for having a good mood, working hard and not letting us passengers change your work ethic or attitude. Drinks are made well, right, fast and with great attitude.
I just want to say all 3 of these employees had great attitudes while having crabby and entitled grown adults gawk and complain about how long it was taking (even though it wasn't). The lady who opened the store warned everyone that if they had a flight taking off soon that it would not be wise to be in line because there was only 3 of them. They were also serving online orders. I'm not sure why people don't understand that these people are only human and can only do the best to their ability. I think that were all great, had great attitudes, and were quick! Thank you so much for all your hard work and get us in and out! I'll be stopping here again.
Would not make any Frappuccinos They said they did not want to be backed up. I was the only one there with 3 workers. Poor customer service. Never had this happen before at Starbucks. Make the drinks as we were willing to wait.
I am a current Starbucks partner at another location. I visited this store at a non-peak time )(7:00PM) with only one person in line ahead of me. I ordered my coffee & asked for a trenta water, to which I was told “just tell them when they give you your drink.” Ok, no big deal!My drink is handed off and I ask for a trenta water again. The partner on bar very rudely states “we don’t give out trenta waters.” And turns around. I ask if I need to get back and line and pay for one, she says no, they do not give out trenta waters because their water spicket is too slow and the largest size they can offer me is a tall. She makes the tall and I see that it’s the same water speed as my store, aka *normal*. I say, actually I really need a trenta and she rebuts that the REAL reason they can’t give out trenta waters is because they can’t restock that cup size, because their stock is in an inconvenient location and to give it out would mess up inventory. Which ok, I understand. But I tried to order one and offered to get back in line (the line with only two people currently in it) to reorder the free water. She says this, by the way, in front of a fully stocked cup caddy.Very disappointed in this Starbucks partner’s attitude. Not representative at all of the company’s values or the third place model.
I wanted to get coffee before my next flight. It was 7:48pm and I know they close at 8pm. I'm about 10 feet away from the location when two Starbucks employees walk past me. I ask them if they closed early, and they said no we close at 8. I said it's 7:48 and they just started giggling and kept walking.

This location worked incredibly hard to get this star. If you thought taking a pre made sandwich and putting it in a glorified microwave was hard, you are right. These guys really try hard to make it look it as complicated as flying a space shuttle. I mean I could of made the bread, cooked the eggs, slaughter the pig, and cooked the bacon faster then the seven people behind the counter could microwave a sandwich. I mean everyone needs 6 people to cheer them on while they move slower then molasses in -20 degrees. Now if they were busy with 15 people placing orders I could understand. But to try and serve 4 people a sandwich each is not that hard. If you have a long lay over here or are early for your flight don’t hesitate and come watch the catastrophe unfold in real life. Don’t believe me look at the other 600 1 star reviews. Glad I’m not a frequent flyer through the Indianapolis air port.
White chocolate mocha taste like coffee needs to learn how to make something before serving the guest and call out people names and not give other people items away.
Service was just ok
8:00AM in the Indy airport. Southwest terminal, gates B. 2 ladies working and a big line, but they are cheery and fantastic. Thank you!
Why is this place always closed when I come here? It’s so disappointing to want a pick-me-up after 5 and see this location (the only place to get coffee) closed.
