I come into this location very often, so often that nearly all staff know me by first name. The service, food, and environment alike are all wonderful. I’ve never been in for a drink/quick bite and felt unwelcome in any way! Come check this new indy Starbucks out ?

The newest Starbucks on my list of all the Starbucks. This location, like all locations, was packed with a line around the parking lot and down the entrance. With all those folks before and behind me, it's always nice that they know your voice and try to remember your name. It makes it feel like it's MY Starbucks, and they know my order. I don't drink coffee, but they do know me for my pastry order. What great customer service.

Absolutely stellar service! The GM was working from the lobby, but the cafe was closed due to understaffing. I didn’t realize this and came rushing in from the rain with my arms full of a diaper bag and my little one. The sign said mobile order only, but she so graciously took my order from the counter so I didn’t have to juggle my phone. You can tell she loves what she does!
