Literally 30+minutes in line with 4 cars in line. If you stop at this place you deserve to have your time wasted. The owners should be ashamed of this place.

Well considering how much COVID has affected restaurants. They always seem to be short staffed, which of course isn't the fault of the staff. Sometimes takes a bit longer but the food is always delicious and fresh.

I quit going to steak n shakes when they cut the menu by 75%. But I had some old gift cards and happen to be near one so give this location a shot. Wanted a chili mac...but didn't have noodles. Yes....they were out of noodles!!So I get a steak frank and a water.Ordered at 6:37pm and got up to the window at 6:50. Was told they don't have any franks. They asked if I wanted anything else. I guessed a western bbq burger since everything else i used to get isn't on the menu anymore. At 6:56 I ended up getting it for free which was nice but I wanted to use up these cards!! Unfortunately I feel obligated to go to other locations to try and use these things.

Great idea, to go only. I was in line waiting for about 15-20 min for my one meal. I was behind 2 cars. The Frisco melt was delicious, and I was craving the strawberry shake, so it was worth the wait!
I rarely submit reviews, but I feel compelled to comment very positively about the location on Woodland Dr. I work close by and eat there often. A few months ago they were struggling like we all were in handling and managing all the world had thrown at them, but they have been fantastic for the last several months. The manager there has done a wonderful job of turning things around and I am impressed with how well they do with my order every time now. Good job making it a great place to pick up a burger and shake! Thank You!

Don't go through this line unless you have a good 45 minutes to spare. Incredibly slow, poor service, not worth the wait. All that with just 2 cars in front of us. Read the other reviews - they're all saying the same thing. Disappointing.

Steak ‘n Shake has been a favorite. Today, we got the jalapeño crunch and fries. Food was fresh but bland with no flavor. Fast food is getting ever more expensive yet the quality and service is declining. It’s a lose/lose business model.
