Well considering how much COVID has affected restaurants. They always seem to be short staffed, which of course isn't the fault of the staff. Sometimes takes a bit longer but the food is always delicious and fresh.

I quit going to steak n shakes when they cut the menu by 75%. But I had some old gift cards and happen to be near one so give this location a shot. Wanted a chili mac...but didn't have noodles. Yes....they were out of noodles!!So I get a steak frank and a water.Ordered at 6:37pm and got up to the window at 6:50. Was told they don't have any franks. They asked if I wanted anything else. I guessed a western bbq burger since everything else i used to get isn't on the menu anymore....read full review

Great idea, to go only. I was in line waiting for about 15-20 min for my one meal. I was behind 2 cars. The Frisco melt was delicious, and I was craving the strawberry shake, so it was worth the wait!
