Whatever idiot that decided to close this what used to be late late night restaurant on location and on door dash earlier, which was renowned for being one of the best especially for people who work later hours, should be fired. Should be open till at least 3. Incompetent leaders.

Ordered a shake to enjoy before work. After 17 minutes waiting and still not receiving my shake I was ignored when I asked for a refund. A coworker went back to ask for my shake as I was almost late for work. There was no apology from the staff.I will not return nor will I recommend this particular restaurant to anyone.

This was the best steak 'n shake that I've had for awhile...and I love me some steak 'n shake. Service was excellent at the drive thru! Food was fresh, hot and well prepared. Whoever made our steak burgers must be a foodie. They had all my toppings centered and just right so every bite would catch just enough of everything. Yes...the perfect bite!! We get everything on a double which is usually quite messy! Not this time!!!

You order from a kiosk you have to scan a receipt to get your beverage No table service anymore rarely see an employee come from behind the counterKid-friendliness: You have to ask for the kids setup with crayons coloring page and a hat and cardboard car

Good food, HATE the kiosk ordering system. One of the special features of the"old" Steak n Shake was the table service.
Ok, 4 stars for Steak & Shake? The fact is, I ordered through the drive-thru on Saturday night. I was craving hot crispy fries and a cheeseburger. The guy taking my order was pleasant & efficient. $5 and change later, they efficiently and again- super pleasantly, handed me a little slice of heaven. I took one bite of those hot crispies, rolled my eyes, and decided I needed to give this bag of deliciousness my full attention. Pulled out the burger & took a bite. The perfect amount of flavor with just a touch of welcomed burger grease. I probably took 2 years off my life, but honestly, aren't the ones at the end worth a little pleasure now? Haven't been to Steak & Shake for years, but it hit the spot. And a heck of a lot easier on the pocketbook than a $20 flavorless burger somewhere else.
