Ok, 4 stars for Steak & Shake? The fact is, I ordered through the drive-thru on Saturday night. I was craving hot crispy fries and a cheeseburger. The guy taking my order was pleasant & efficient. $5 and change later, they efficiently and again- super pleasantly, handed me a little slice of heaven.
