I hadn't been to a Steak 'n Shake in a while and didn't realize they no longer have servers. You will pick your foot up at the counter, and you will actually have to scan AQ.R code to get your drinks. We were able to get two refills with that code.

Mobil order. Got there was told have to come in even though I saw people getting food at drive thru. Went in they said they didn't have order and asked what I wanted. Told them order and they made it, it was only chili mac(took quite a while,lot of diversions). Very disorganized and workers borderline rude.

You walk in and there's no 'wait to be seated' sign. Instead, there's four kiosks in which you place your order from. That is correct, there are no waiters or waitresses here.The place is kept clean for the most part. Tables don't get wiped as much as they should. You get your own drinks but have to scan a QR code that will allow the machine to dispense. One-time use, no refills that I'm aware of.The food was delicious and hot! As always. Nothing really changed there.They obviously had to make changes when Covid hit. Gotta say, it's kind of an errie feel when you are used to the hustling and bustling Steak N Shake.

Food was excellent, cook was friendly. Wish they brought back the wait staff, tho.
Ordered a burger with cheese fries, the burger tasted dry with ketchup smeared all on the outside of the bun. Also did not receive my cheese fries, when I told them they just gave me a dipping cup of cheese.My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Was good as always, minus having a kiosk and destroying jobs, no longer a steak n shake, it's a high-end McDonald's!
The new order at kiosk and then seat yourself and wait for food to get up and have to get your food from steak and shake is not the way this company operates.
