Two other people and I ordered at the same time and there was a ten minute difference between our orders coming out. Had to wait for cheese sauce, and it was cold when it came out. Came out cold again when asked to warm it up. Waited 20 minutes for an order of fries and cheese sauce as well, and that cheese sauce came out cold too. The staff is very hard working and friendly! The burgers are juicy and delicious. I have been a fan of this Steak N Shake for years. Getting faster and cleaner every visit.I would highly recommend stopping by this location for a chocolate milkshake.I tried the Kit Kat milkshake today and it actually tastes like the candy bar.So far I love this location and the one in Bloomington.
