I will give it a 5 star. Only thing is you have to order at a kiosk and no one to take your order. Makes it harder for older people to order sometimes when not used to doing it themselves.

Although I was shocked that Steak n Shake no longer uses servers, the crew was exceptionally helpful. If you're looking for a great place to get great food, you won't be disappointed by stopping in here!
They gave my food to someone then turned after the customer pointed it out, then management turned around and tried to give me the same food. I had to watch them make my food. Management got mad over their mistake. So sad, I will never go back!!!

Sucks. The food is burnt and the sandwiches are wrong. Kinda strange because they come plain but decide to add whatever toppings they want to them. You’d be better off eating McDonald’s leftovers out of a dumpster.
