I come here so often they recognize my voice in the drive-thru. This location is always clean. I'm talking about the baseboards, windows, countertops everything. The service is really nice too

Whoever the new employee is, she's ruining the store. I order here every single day, my name is Chaska, so it's not like anyone else is going to guess my name. The employee asked me to list out my sandwich like I was trying to get a free lunch, this is the first time this has ever happened, again i order here every single day. When I open my sandwich, it wasn't even to the standards of a regular sub, let alone one with extra meat, lettuce, and cucumbers. There's 3 strands of lettuce and a standard amount of meat, THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR. I will not be coming back to this location.

Don’t order from this store. If you order for pickup they never have it ready when you arrive. They consistently mess up orders. They don’t update store info like hours and such. Avoid.

My food is always cold when ordering mobile pickup. Upon trying to pick up my food, I gave the employee my name then she proceeds to ask me to confirm my order, ingredient for ingredient. She made it seem like I was trying to get a free lunch although I already paid.

Came in with my wife and two dogs. Instead of giving me a hard time about having a dog the employee (Nikki) was delighted to see my puppy! She had a smile on her face the whole time, even when I decided to change my sandwich mid-order. Again the employee even gave my wife a simple of each of the types of chicken because she had never tried the sweet onion chicken teriyaki or the barbecue chicken. On top of that she gave me a few pieces of chicken to give to my puppy and my other dog. The entire experience was pleasant and I cracked a bad joke about the other employee (Patty) and said that when I asked her to put some pickles on my sandwich she refused. Obviously it was a joke but I don't think she took it as such. But she was still very polite. I give it a 5 out of 5 and as long as Nikki and Patty are working there I would definitely recommend!

My wife and co-worker came in today on the way to work and said she loves that you know what your customers like and how they want it. The food is always made to order, fresh and good. You complimented her beautiful grey hair and said she looked like a movie star!!!

Ordered on the app, it was delivered but 2 subs were missing, we went to try and get them with our receipt in hand and the Indian lady was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. She needs to be fired.

This was the worst experience of any restaurant I’ve been to! When I showed up in the restaurant, I told him I had a mobile order to pick up. They sent me down to the end to the cashier. I told them my name. She turned around like she was going to go get my order and then said she need to see my app, I told her that it was not a DoorDash or anything like that it was a pick up order. I showed her the order on my phone and she continue to give me a hard time about it. Came over who appeared to be the manager and said he just needed the name on the order. Well, my name was already on the order at the top of the screen and I told them my name. Plus, it said they were already building my sandwich. Why were they trying to treat me like I’m a criminal and trying to steal food? low and behold, they saw my name on the order and immediately gave me the already completed sandwich in a bag and we’re very rude about it. I will never visit this establishment again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ordered uber eats from them Got 3 footlongs,there was barely any veggies on there.No napkins in bag and the sandwiches werent even secured in the bag with a sticker to make sure noone did anything to our food on the way.
