We came in for a meal while shopping, and the attendant was very uncomfortable. They struggled with taking our order and building our sandwiches. Additionally, when we attempted to make use of a coupon code, it would not work, and they refused to help us with it or offer additional information about receiving the discount. Please understand I have worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 30 years and understand that things happen. My issue is I ordered the deluxe and add more meat. The sandwiches is advertised as 1/2 lb of meat. I won't bother anyone with the math. But my sandwich was very light and they said they do not weigh the food and then cut the meat thinner than subways standards per the recipe.

I know this is a long review, but I feel I should warn the consumer that they are being over charged given the amount of product they received..

It says on Google there’s a buy one - get one free on footlongs, so I went in and directly asked for the promo, order both sandwiches, and only when paying I was told the promo was only for online orders. The person KNEW I was looking for the promo and didn’t think to stop me at any point and tell me I was doing it wrong.

Ordered a Titan turkey that is supposed to come with more meat and cheese. However what I got was a basic turkey and cheese and still got charged the titan price for the extra meat and cheese. I recommend the other location

just had the worst subway sandwich since eating there since 1982! got the sandwich back to my office and it had shrunken and was hard. messy assembly and the paper it was wrapped in has some weird dark stains, maybe out of the oven? new management is not near the quality of old management, but maybe that is just a marketing gimmick? avoid and go to a different location

Love this Subway. They have new management now and they are so friendly and nice. They really do their best to help, even when we mess up the phone orders. Food is great of course!

This store always refuses to accept company published coupons. Other Subway places in the area have no problem accepting the coupons. When I tried to use a coupon today, I was told I need to order online, whereas coupon does not mention that type of restriction. Pretty bad at customer service.

Staff is incredibly rude. I placed a pickup order and realized when I got back to my job the order was wrong. The woman working insisted I bring the sandwich back up there and I explained to her I can not do that I am at work. She said she was too busy to deal with it she had customers and refused to help me I asked to speak to a manager or for the corporate number and she told me I could find it myself and hung up.
