Ordered a Titan turkey that is supposed to come with more meat and cheese. However what I got was a basic turkey and cheese and still got charged the titan price for the extra meat and cheese. I recommend the other location

just had the worst subway sandwich since eating there since 1982! got the sandwich back to my office and it had shrunken and was hard. messy assembly and the paper it was wrapped in has some weird dark stains, maybe out of the oven? new management is not near the quality of old management, but maybe that is just a marketing gimmick? avoid and go to a different location

Walked in was not greated. One guy was just standing around instead of helping. I told them what i wanted and completely ignored me and finally after 5min asked me what i wanted. Very rude and poor customer

Love this Subway. They have new management now and they are so friendly and nice. They really do their best to help, even when we mess up the phone orders. Food is great of course!Kid-friendliness: Children and teens are made welcome .

This store always refuses to accept company published coupons. Other Subway places in the area have no problem accepting the coupons. When I tried to use a coupon today, I was told I need to order online, whereas coupon does not mention that type of restriction. Pretty bad at customer service.

Staff is incredibly rude. I placed a pickup order and realized when I got back to my job the order was wrong. The woman working insisted I bring the sandwich back up there and I explained to her I can not do that I am at work. She said she was too busy to deal with it she had customers and refused to help me I asked to speak to a manager or for the corporate number and she told me I could find it myself and hung up.

Online states this place is open until 9pm. Placed an order online at 7:30pm online said it would be ready by 7:55pm arrived at the store at 8pm doors locked, but saw employees sitting inside. Open light still on too even though doors were locked. Employee inside motioned they were closed and when I tried to explain that I placed an order online, they said they had closed at 6pm. If this is the case, they need to make sure that online times are corrected, online orders need to be shut off too, and their open lights should be turned off.

how does a health conscious restaurant manage not to have diet drinks as an option? i actually had to go to arby's to get diet drinks and then come back to eat our lunch - and this is not a matter of them running out, or the machine being broken - they just plain did not have a space for diet coke at the machinethe guy there didn't seem to much caresubway is generally good, but this one should be avoided

While the food meets Subway standards, they don't accept any coupons nor gift cards and you often have to repeat yourselves for the employees to understand what you're saying.

This place is real stingy with the toppings and they even told me when I had a coupon for a footlong sub that I cant get steak with the coupon at this location. I haven't ever heard that before. I've been there 3 times and always have a bad experience so that will be my last time.
