Highly recommend this particular Subway. The staff there is always kind and respectful, you can tell they actually swap out the ingredients for fresh ones, and just all around, they are the best subway in the area (which is odd considering it runs out of a gas station). It's my go to.

I went in at 7am, I ordered my food. The guy was labeling the food on the bottom of the containers, he continued his labeling for another 2-3 minutes, and never looked up. This is about the 4th time I have had to leave the place because I count get waited on. Stay away from this place, all you do is waste your time. Most of the time, the person making the sandwiches is the same person running the cash register. I watched one in the restroom, he left without washing his hands went back behind the counter and started with the food preparation without gloves.

I order here a couple times a month for the last 10 years, mostly due to lack of options in my area. The service is so-so, and it’s Subway, so it’s modest food. I’ve had a few issues here and there, but take it with a grain of salt as it’s fast food and not a Michelin restaurant. Tonight I was lied to about an order and I will not tolerate that. I will not be a patron after this encounter. They also do not participate in the footlong deals, so you have to go to another location for that deal. Not a reputable business.
I don't think the young man or lady liked their job. Not helpful or suggestive.

They build the sandwiches incredibly thin - I've seen them individually take off slices of meat so there's only 2 thin slices on a whole sandwich. Odd penny pinching but worth avoiding.

Wow, just. Dirty people and they don't wash hands.. mother or daughter. Disgusting. Very rude, please travel two more minutes to the subway on Brookville Rd. Much better service and far cleaner!!!!
