I saw all the negative reviews and most of it is people having trouble with mobile orders and delivery stuff which means nothing to me. So I went in, got a meatball sub with Deluxe meat, it was amazing as usual, not a single problem

I placed an order for delivery, but when the time came to pick it up, the order wasn't ready even though the restaurant wasn't busy. No one acknowledged the situation, and when I finally got someone's attention, he told me he was making the order. When I received the food, it was cold and not the spicy nachos I had ordered. I don't recommend this place!

Im not one to usually leave reviews but I just ordered the new honey mustard chicken wrap and all I got on it was that when it clearly says online it comes with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes ect. So I just asked them to remake it and instead a guy who works there wanted to go back and forth with me insisting I said no tomatoes on my receipt when I ordered it for pick up and he kept insisiting this about 5 times but I kept trying to tell him no where on the receipt does it say no tomatoes on it and I want the whole actually thing and everything that comes with it. Even if I didnt say no tomatoes which I didnt where is the lettuce and cheese??? I got my refund for my order I think the guy is new but he shouldnt be going back and forth with a customer like that and just learn how to remake it and not excuse me of saying no tomatoes on the receipt like im a stupid person and I dont know what im talking about when it clearly says nothing on the receipt of me wanting anything off the wrap. Also someone who speaks good english needs to be around because it was hard to explain why I wasnt happy the guy didnt seem to understand me at all only a little bit.

Our sandwiches were good. Could have used some condiments to edges. I was disappointed in the new Churro. We were stranded in parking lot in cold non running car. The first bite was good but after that the Churro got very hard and crunchy.

Will not honor the BOGo deal. That’s bad business. You advertise something and it’s false. You will continue to lose customers because food is everywhere. I’d rather go to Jersey Mike’s Subs and get a better deal.

Person taking my order couldn't understand English. She has the wrong sandwich and tried to charge me for something I didn't order. Instead of apologizing and correcting it, she argued with me and was ok with me walking away from 2 sandwiches that had already been made. Don't waste your time.
