It is currently 1:54PM. This location is open until 4PM. Just went in to order and they only have two loaves of their jalapeño cheddar bread left. They said that making bread takes two hours and they’re not going to be making any more for the day. Freaking lovely. However they’re not closing the doors, turning online ordering off, turning their open sign off, or anything else. Hope corporate sees this.

Terrible. Always late. Never get your order right. They gave away my sandwich to someone and expected me to wait around until that person came back with it. Just disgusting and unacceptable. There is always some issue.

This place is very poorly run. They are constantly out of bread or the drink machine is broken. Today they were also out of napkins. It's dirty. There were tiles that had come unglued and were just laying around. Owner doesn't seem to care.

As of April 2021 this store is open for breakfast and lunch. I work in the building so I go here often, I've never had an issue. The workers are always nice. There will be a line around lunch time but it moves fast.

I like Subway, mainly because of the fresh sandwiches and friendly staff. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is there was a time when I would visit and they would be out of the bread or the meat, I wanted.

I was working late and took a Small break to get dinner. It was suppose to be quick. It was in the building. I got there 20 minutes before closing but they were already packed up and after waiting in line for 10 minutes I was informed they could not make me a sandwich. I left with nothing and didn’t have time to go anywhere else. Next time I am going to Jimmy Johns instead.
DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Our office ordered a delivery order for a luncheon FROM RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. The driver was late, and called up to have employees come down to pick up the order! Uhh, I thought it was delivery? If we wanted to use 3-4 employees to go get it, we wouldn't have paid for delivery. The employees couldn't locate the car, so they came back up, only to find out the driver called to leave a message saying if we didn't pick it up ASAP he was leaving, since he "had other deliveries to make." Hmmm.. you were 15 minutes late to ours, so it doesn't seem like time is too important! So we called the store to complain, turns out this rude driver is the OWNER of this location. If this is how he treats customers, then he will never get our business again.

Service is half good half bad. Depending on who's doing the serving. Just recently complained about a lazy shiftless employee, who not only had terrible customer service skills, but when she leaned over for toppings for my sandwich. Her toppings (breast) leaned ON my sandwich, When I called her out on it, she said she was "clocking out" and she did. The manager or coworker she was acted like I shouldn't complain about it. She had the handle the long line all by herself as she deserved to. Next time hire better help!

Good place to grab a quick lunch. Sandwiches are tasty, salads are good as well and my favorite is the macadamia-White chocolate cookies. Employees have always been friendly.

I go here for lunch often. Have never had any issues or complaints with my food. Employees are friendly and keep line moving fast. The only thing I dislike about this location is there is not a public restroom close by without having to ask for a key to use the tower restroom.

Closed and locked the restroom well before closing (1735 on Saturday). Asked for the key and he said it was already clean. Will not be stopping here again for my break.
