I was told I cannot ask for no veggies on a meal I would be forced to have them on my food. I was treated poorly .

Walking into this fine establishment makes one remember their childhood and the fresh smells of the bread having been freshly baked. The Subway franchise has gone downhill faster than an avalanche. Unfortunately when ordering a sandwich now you are only allotted 2 pieces of each type of meat when ordering a Classic Subway Club. When spending close to $15 for a sandwich that used to be advertised for only $5, you expect better. And Subway obviously doesn't know how to do better, only yell at you that this is the only meat you get, take it or leave it... it's quite sad that this is the state of Subway today...

Subway in general, You have completely lost our business for sure. The fact that I can't tell an actual person to give my order I have to download an app and then when I finally put my whole order in, the app didn't even take the deal that is on the app. The staff there were completely useless not even know what is going on with policies.

In the service industry, especially the fast food industry, under the fierce competition, customers should be greeted with a smile. I have been observing here for a long time. This waitress always treats customers coldly and has a very indifferent attitude, which can even be said to be rude, which really destroys people's dining mood. It is better to vote with your feet in such a store and not come here often.

This was the most non professional and horrible experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They were rude talking another language to one another through the whole interaction. I wouldn’t recommend to any human.

One sub was very lightly prepared versus the others. The ingredients/sauces seemed to have been mixed up on some of the other 3 subs. Meat content was skimpy. If I could I would rate it 3.5.

Subway has always been advertising getting all the veggies you want. East Washington did not give me any extra veggies. I even offered to pay more! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

Very courteous. I was ordering for my teen and her bestie while they were at work... so I was clueless on what an Italian was. The worker was patient, kind, and understanding. She did not ask what size I wanted. I assumed she knew the sandwiches were not footloose. Wrong... she made two footloose. I let her know. She made no fuss of the error and had no visible frustration with it. GOLD STAR!

I went into subway, was not greeted by the staff, they are making and taking more online orders then people inside the store, waited for a few minutes then more people came inside and they wasn’t greeted either, terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend going back there ever again.
