Stay away if your visiting for the Indy 500. Prices are not worth it!! Food is mediocre with high end prices.

Reservation at 630, sat at 650 (with many empty tables) 20 more minutes to get water and the QR code for the menu. About another 20 minutes for the appetizers to come out after ordering and another 25 to get most of our food. Had to ask twice for water refills before getting them and condiments took over 5 minutes. Food was ok - nothing outstanding - service was absolutely horrible. 20% tip built in and never received an itemized bill. Over 2 hours in total spen here and most of that was waiting for the server to do whatever the next service step was. There were probably 3-4 other tables sat the whole time my party was there. Did put on the reservation that we were coming for a birthday and mentioned again to the staff upon arrival. Did not even get a "happy birthday" to the birthday person. Will not be going back.Party of 6 + a toddler $207 billKid-friendliness: Besides the fact that there's an (not very well stocked) candy store with candy you can get literally anywhere else there's nothing here for kids...not even a kids menu

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Server clearly didn’t want to be there, terrible service food wasn’t cooked to order, gratuity was included when they clearly didn’t deserve a dime!!! Never again will I set foot in this establishment!!!

All of our meals had great flavor and sufficient portions. The menu was extensive.Food and drink prices were high considering the level of service and the mandatory 20% service charge. The music was way too loud. On a positive note, we couldn't hear anything from the nearby tables... not a single word. Unfortunately, we could barely hear each other. They try so hard for a social experience here yet you can barely hear the people next to you.

Worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. Server was rude, no one came to greet us and never got drinks after being there for 30+ min, dirty booths.

Made reservation two groups ahead of us and waited 35 min to be seated. Once seated waited 25 minutes befor some one came to table. Staff wondering around like it was first day. They would come out of kitchen make eye contact then go back in kitchen. I beleve they did not know who was serving what tables. Ordered burgers and milk shake took forever and came out cold several other tables were sending food back. $175.00 three burgers and 3 milk shakes. Manager non existent. DO NOT RECOMEND.

My party and I had reservations and we weren't seated until an hour later. The food was OK, drinks were awesome, and our server, Winter was great. He made us feel comfortable, he was very friendly and fun to interact with. He was the best part of the entire Sugar Factory experience.

Super slow service… no drink refills we were sat in a back corner and forgotten about! Waiter was horrible but there’s no pressure for him to provide good service or service in this case, because there’s a 20% surcharge!!! Sticky table, dirty silverware and the place is dirty and not clean or kept up. Don’t use the restroom it’s even worse.UPDATE: Emailed customer service at the given email and ABSOLUTELY ZERO response.

I must say, the highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Swapnil. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for the rest of the evening.Swapnil was not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering fantastic recommendations that perfectly suited my tastes. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the service he provided. What truly impressed me was Swapnil's ability to handle the needs of the busy restaurant with grace and efficiency, especially in the absence of a host on duty. Despite the bustling atmosphere, he remained calm, composed, and focused on ensuring that every guest received the attention they deserved.Throughout the evening, Swapnil went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. His polite demeanor and personable nature made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.I cannot speak highly enough of Swapnil's professionalism, dedication, and outstanding service. He is truly an asset to Sugar Factory, and I look forward to returning soon to enjoy another delightful dining experience, thanks in no small part to Swapnil's exceptional hospitality.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! There were 3 tables sat in the entire place, yet it took someone over 20 minutes to come to the host stand. Who then made us wait while he went back and asked someone if it’s ok if we sit at a table. The service was less than mediocre & all staff looked miserable and needs some serious attitude adjustments. Huge disappointment.

We had Jonathan R as our server and he was amazzzzzzzing. He was so attentive, kind and shared little stories with us. I’d come back all the way to Indy just to have him again. Sweet boy. The food was also so good? It’s pricey but it’s an experience.
