The food and atmosphere was amazing. Additionally, there was a photographer giving out free photo postcards that we were totally not expecting. Her photos were amazing and perfect for my daughter’s birthday
Traveling from AK & I wanted to try this. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to seat me. Took 25 minutes before I had to ask someone for a menu. Took another 15 minutes for waiter to take my order. Food came in pretty good time. I had to ask another waitress for my Pepsi n milk shake. Overall, it was good eats but service was the worst I've had in awhile.
Sugar Factory is a great dining experience, especially for little girls or teenage girls! The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including any type of dessert you can think of. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, perfect for a memorable outing.The staff was excellent and very attentive, though it seemed they could use a bit more help as they appeared short-staffed during our visit.
