If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I would first off. I repeat do not put an online order in!!!!!! I put my order in around 10 and was told my order will be ready up @11:05. I went up there to pick up my food which was lamb over rice bowel I stated to the guy at the window I placed an online order, he then tells me they never got my order and it was not in the system, I then pulled out my phone and showed him the order, he walks away from the window to talk to another person came back, and and he looked me in my face and said he was not making my food and told me to cancel the order and get a refund. To be honest I was really in shocked when he said he would not make my food. I will be filling a BBB complaint against this company, be aware of them they are taking people money, it’s definitely something sketchy about this place. I will never ever return to this place ever again, nor will I recommend any black American to support this business here especially the way I was treated!!!!

I ordered online. When I got there they said the didn't have an order. I showed them the order on the website the he said that it's a scam. They only do orders through Doordash. It seems like to me that they would shut down that website and start a new one or put order on Doordash only on website.

For a late night spot to grab some fresh food you can't go wrong stopping in here I suggest you call in and order

Ordered online and paid online through their website for pick up. Arrive at store and employees gave me an attitude from the jump saying they don’t have my order and can’t order through their website. Showed them the confirmation email with order number that they requested, showed my bank info that I got charged, showed them THEIR website of me being charged and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Asked to speak to a manager said that’s not going to do anything. Then started ignoring me and walked away. Literally just stole my money, never received refund or anything.

I called in an order for a chicken philly, no mayo. They dumped mayo in this sandwich, and there's barely any chicken here. Anytime I call ahead, they get the order wrong. Don't leave this place without checking your order. They DO NOT give refunds.

DO NOT PUT IN AN ONLINE ORDER!!! I paid for my food online and when I got there, they tried to say that our order was not in the system…. We showed them the receipt with their address on it, and they still tried to deny us our food. They told us to dispute it with our bank. We had to threaten to call the police, and magically our food appeared!! 5 minutes after they said they didnt get our order?? Seems sketchy!!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT order online. You’ll pay and then pull up and somehow “your order was never submitted” so they’ll try and make you repay. Then bring your food out in two seconds. Very unprofessional, and kept saying “next time don’t order online”, and also told us someone ordered online the day before and had to repay for their food. I refused to do that, if I’m going to pay for food two times I need double the order.

There was a guy there named Omar. He was very friendly very respectful. He got my order to me very quickly and the food was great. Customer Service service was excellent
