I had the pleasure of having food catered from this woman's restaurant where I volunteer 2 times a week. We had yams, collard greens, salad with dressing, catfish, chicken, rolls, mac & cheese and cheese cake & cupcakes for desert. The food was so incredibly awesome. This was a true soul food experience. I met the chef in person and she's the kindest person I've met in awhile. So we will definitely be going to her restaurant in the near future.
