I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sweet and Savory Catering! From day one they were absolutely incredible to work with in every way. They were thorough, professional, hard working and communicative all throughout the process. The food was absolutely incredible and an amazing part of our wedding day! We have received so many compliments on the incredible food from cocktail hour, to dinner and our late night snack (the popcorn bar!). It was all amazing, down to the smallest detail.

I want to especially call out their detailed care for our guests with allergies/dietary restrictions - including myself as the bride needing things gluten free. They provided specialized information regarding the dietary restrictions of all the items throughout the day, which we communicated to our guests, and they were easily able to navigate throughout all the food items.

They were efficient and thorough with set-up/tear down, placement of linens/plates/utensils and caring for the tables throughout the night. All the staff was wonderful to work with - kind, attentive and helpful.

Leading up to the wedding we had an initial meeting (before booking) and our individual tasting session - in each meeting they took their time to work with us as much as needed, guide us in the process, and have thorough conversation to ensure all our wishes were met. It gave me such peace of mind to know all would be taken care of - and it was even better than I could have imagined! Across many, many communications for every detail over phone and email, they were prompt and helpful.

Delicious food with a variety of options. Helpful and cheerful staff.

They closed at 4 the day of my 6:30 event, so I had to pick up the food early and then ensure it was the correct temperature for the party.

We hired Sweet and Savory to cater our wedding and we can hands down say it was the best food we’ve had at a wedding to date! The staff is extremely helpful - they were supportive of helping us find the exact right menu, allowing us to edit our proposal as much as we needed. The staff during the event was quick, helpful, and accommodating. Everything was served warm and fresh. We received a lot of compliments on what we served which is really a high mark considering we had a buffet! We will be hiring them again or at least recommending for future special events.

We used S & S for a 200+ family gathering. From inception through planning and execution Mellissa and her the team worked with us for months to create a quite delicious, beautifully presented and thoughtful event. They were open to our suggestions and guided us through decisions based on their expertise. The event staff was efficient, organized and professional.

The team was so great to work with! Every contact person was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable from start to finish. The food for our wedding was delicious, we got a handful of compliments from guests!

We just got married last Saturday and had S&S as our caterer. Everything was great, staff was friendly, salad was delicious, and so were the bbq meatballs. A few complaints I have was I made a detailed list of which guest requested what meal at each table. I had a few guests who chose the steak and requested that they be well done (only three out of 48 guests). I think they decided to cook ALL steak entrees well done and a lot of my guests, including my husband, was disappointed with that. The display of the food was also different from how it was supposed to be displayed like at the tasting. Our food looked like they’ve been played and the food slid all the way to one side of the plate. Other than that, things went well! Decent price, respond quickly, and pretty easy to work with! Thanks again!

They were also incredibly accommodating. We brought a special dessert from Chicago for our big day, and they graciously served it to our guests with the same care and attention as their own dishes. That flexibility and thoughtfulness meant so much to us.

We recently worked with Sweet and Savory for the catering of my daughter’s wedding. From start to finish they were amazing to work with and the food was outstanding! We had numerous compliments from guests on BOTH the food and the service staff and how attentive they were. They adapted to our plans changing due to weather and I was so impressed personally with the service staff. Jade was our primary contact and made everything super easy and seamless, it really was a great experience working with them and we hope to have the opportunity to use them again in the future!
