Went for the soft opening on 7/16 with my husband and mom. We were very pleasantly surprised! We had a very warm welcome from the staff. The decor and music were nice. The restaurant was bright and clean. Drinks were on our table within just a few minutes. We ordered salad, gyoza, 5 sushi rolls, and a sashimi combo platter. All the food came out pretty quickly. I had a wonderful experience at Minazuki. The atmosphere was very comfortable and service was excellent. Additionally, the sushi was very good. The presentation was beautiful, the serving size was good for the price, and the chef's choices for the combo plate were great. I strongly recommend stopping in if you're in the mood for sushi or other Japanese staples. They had a good selection of beer and sake as well.
Ordered the bento box salmon. Everything was great and hot. The service was excellent by Iyan. Will definitely be back. Tried the rice ice cream vanilla dessert. Very good

Minazuki Sushi Bar is a cute small restaurant with beautiful decoration that feels cozy. The sushi is great, fresh, creative, and delicious. The Tuna & Salmon Nigiri, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Fire & Ice Roll, Philadelphia Roll, Volcano Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Alaskan Roll, Philadelphia Onigiri, and Sweet Potato Onigiri are all very good. The wasabi shumai is recommended if you can stand a bit of sting. The food quality is amazing, and the place is nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff are extremely nice, and the service is friendly, attentive, and terrific. It is a very good value. One issue with food was resolved, and the restaurant made an effort to make things right. It is the best sushi in Central Indiana and perhaps anyplace. People want to come back every day.
