Went for the soft opening on 7/16 with my husband and mom. We were very pleasantly surprised! We had a very warm welcome from the staff. The decor and music were nice. The restaurant was bright and clean. Drinks were on our table within just a few minutes. We ordered salad, gyoza, 5 sushi rolls, and a sashimi combo platter. All the food came out pretty quickly. This was the freshest sushi I’ve ever had in Indy, and it was so delicious! This is a bit of a drive for me (45 minutes)...read full review

Minazuki Sushi Bar is a cute small restaurant with beautiful decoration that feels cozy. The sushi is great, fresh, creative, and delicious. The Tuna & Salmon Nigiri, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Fire & Ice Roll, Philadelphia Roll, Volcano Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Alaskan Roll, Philadelphia Onigiri, and Sweet Potato Onigiri are all very good. The wasabi shumai is recommended if you can stand a bit of sting. The food quality is amazing, and the place is nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff are extremely nice, and the service is friendly, attentive, and terrific. It is a very good value. One issue with food was resolved, and the restaurant made an effort to make things right. It is the best sushi in Central Indiana and perhaps anyplace. People want to come back every day.
