I thought this location would have some better service but I don’t know why but people who work at night there don’t care about customer much. They didn’t made the food as it usually suppose to be. The chicken quesadilla was not made right it felt like it’s been sitting there on the heat for a long time before they wrap it up dry, no napkins, no sauces that I requested and after giving me the package no thanks or nothing just “here you go” and closed the window. She didn’t even ask if everything is good in your order.

Alot of kids work here I have went here and both times my order was not right no matter staff just hand u your food look at u crazy don't say thank u come again no smile just rude I don't recommend

This is the first bad review I’ve ever made, but this place has had consistent poor customer service. I came through on 8/5/24 after work. I asked for a veggie Mexican pizza and an avocado Verde sauce packet. After being met with a rude attitude by the worker (tall black woman with long, brown/black hair wearing black and pink tennis shoes) I finally got my bag of food. My sauce was not in there. I know it’s just sauce, but the way they handled it was so bad. I pulled around to go through the drive through again, to find a long line. I went inside and not a single person acknowledged my existence, nothing. After waiting for ten minutes I got back in my car and pulled up to the drive through. The same woman answered with an attitude, like she didn’t want to be there (I get people have a bad night but it’s consistent with this place) I told her I didn’t receive my avocado verde sauce and she made it seem like they didn’t have the verde sauce?? Not sure if she just didn’t know what verde was. She informed me of the avocado sauce they do have (literally the one I was asking for, and she had no problem adding it onto my bill when I asked for it initially). She said to come inside, I told her I already waited at the counter for ten minutes. She said “okay. Wait in the line”. And so I did. I pulled up to the window, the other worker at the window (she was nice) asked the other one about the sauce. I had my window up and my door closed and the worker (the rude one) proceeded to KNOCK on my window and say “here you go. Have a good day” with complete sarcasm (also it is 10pm but thanks ig). Anyways, drive the extra mile to the next Taco Bell. This one sucks and I won’t be coming back <3

It's a mid okay establishment. There's a lot of young people who work there, and middle-aged people sometimes who had time to get orders wrong. Honestly, my orders have something wrong with them half the time. I do however visit this location frequently because I'm also a DoorDasher. So, while I'm in the area and want to have the option to customize what I eat, I go to Taco Bell because they allow this option.

Ordered a drink and when they gave me the wrong kind from what I ordered they gave me immediate attitude like it was my fault and then wouldn't even talk after giving us the correct drink.

Someone really shady is working here. I placed a mobile order that I was unable to pick up. Usually, if you place an order thru the app but don't pick it up, the app automatically refunds you. I waited a couple days and no refund came thru. Looked at my order and it apparently had been picked up. Seeing as how drive thru mobile orders require that you give a name upon pick up, the only conclusion I am left with is that a crew member cashed out the order and took it for themselves. Theft isn't cool, guys. Let's grow up and have some maturity.

The only positive thing was, it was a clean store… But the way I was ignored, and the quality of the food left A lot to be desired as well as it left me still hungry… You should never have more tortilla than actual burrito filling… I know this might seem petty but come on @TacoBell Please do better.
