We usually go to the Taco Bell in Carmel on Carmel Drive. We go to the drive through alot but once in a while go inside. I really love the variety on their menu. Right now I am hooked on the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco. The green sauce they give with that on the side really enhances the flavor. I'm always amazed @ all the new items they come up with on their menu. They have things like Steak grilled cheese burrito, chili cheese burrito. So many good things I can't name them all. They also have nachos and a variety of interesting drinks. You're bound to find something on the menu to satisfy your taste buds. Check them out. Oh, and by the way, they stopped serving breakfast which is sad because their breakfast items were great also if you were looking for something quick and tasty.

I’m over it. This looks like it came out the trash. Potatoes burnt, fries always taste a day old, crunchwraps always look smushed. Every time I feel like I wasted money. I don’t get how this is even acceptable. This location, the location down the street, the location up on 96th. They all are trash. I’m tired of waiting for the “good” crew to be there to get fresh food. They must all have the same DM. If you want to try it, go ahead and roll the dice. Good luck.
I like taco bell because I have recently started eating vegetarian and I know they will always have lots of options for me. But this Taco bell ALWAYS stands out. I've never gotten anything nasty from here. At a lot of taco bells, they give me rice (cheesy bean and rice burrito) that has been sitting too long and it's all crusty and usually is cold. But this Taco bell had perfectly hot food. The potato taco was filled with lots of extra hot potatoes and everyone was so nice! Definitely recommend this specific Taco Bell. If only it was on my way to work😭

I am appalled this taco bell has such low stars. We live closer to two different taco bells and only go to this one. They are the MVP of local taco bells. When we make an online order and they don't have something they give us our money back. They don't make us try to cancel the order through the app and never get refunded. If they forget a dipping sauce or something they always give us a coupon. They always have great service and the food quality is levels above the locations local to us. My husband said make sure to say this is the ~night shift~ we are talking about because we only ever go between 10pm-1am. But any day of the week. Theyre always on it.

I thought this location would have some better service but I don’t know why but people who work at night there don’t care about customer much. They didn’t made the food as it usually suppose to be. The chicken quesadilla was not made right it felt like it’s been sitting there on the heat for a long time before they wrap it up dry, no napkins, no sauces that I requested and after giving me the package no thanks or nothing just “here you go” and closed the window. She didn’t even ask if everything is good in your order.
