Instead of my veggie build box I received 3 of the same taco with beef in them… and they put it in a box instead of a bag I was in a rush to get back to work because I am on my lunch so I did not notice this until I got back to work lol. This location is a joke. Every time I come here, the employees are just standing around on their phones and joking with each other the whole time how can I be the only person in the building with an order and you manage to mess it up.

We tried going through the drive through, we said hello into the microphone NUMEROUS TIMES. The lights were on, and the restaurant was clearly open. So, we went inside and found the EMPLOYEES HIDING. They also put cheese on my tacos, when I clearly said NO CHEESE since I am allergic to diary. Who the hell are you hiring? The stoner teenagers do better as employees than whoever the hell works here for a work sponsorship. ? Shame on management.

Nachos we ordered (1st picture) from them and were told we only spent 2 dollars what do we expect. Well it was more than 2 dollars and compared to 2 other Taco Bells (2nd and 3rd picture) we expected our moneys worth. Including what Taco Bell’s own picture shows.

Such a disappointment. To be in the center of plazas,you would think the customer service would be up to par. However, I was repeatedly ignored. I ordered and patiently waited 20 minutes before a Caucasian individual continued to do whatever she was doing, and didn't say a word to me what a joke!!! I walked out.

So the food was horrible. Quesadillas had almost nothing in them, was basically just eating a tortilla. DO BETTER TACO BELL!!edit: I actually was feeling pretty sick before eating the taco bell but after eating the food i actually feel cured. for that i give you 2 star, cheers.
I am a door dasher and have came into this establishment several times. Every time I come in, I am never acknowledged, or even spoken to. I was told by management, That it is not their job to acknowledge the customers when they come in because no one works the front desk. I was rudely spoken to and handled by the manager of this establishment. Beware that the customer service is horrible.

I was here last Saturday night sometime after 12:00 AM and I think there were only 3 people working and they killed it! The drive thru wasn't available so everyone was in the cafe and for the number of people they were serving I am truly impressed. They were calm, helpful and friendly despite the time of night and amount of people. I even remember one of the employees calling out to a customer to make sure he got their coffee order correct. So, just a shout out to those 3 guys. Excellent work.
The only Taco Bell I rarely have trouble with. Especially today (12/20/23 @ 3:29pm) my chalupas were fresh and my order was correct. Thanks!

Rude customer service. They’ll close the lobby down and make you order thru kiosk - then nobody will talk to you if you have a problem with your order- African American working is terrible with customer service skills. Got mad when I asked for my missing sauce for fries.. AVOID LOCATION IF YOU
