They intentionally didn’t put meat in my tacos or Crunchwrap because I asked them to put my box meals, in a box! They laughed in my face. They didn’t give all my drinks. I asked for sauce and she gave me a handful without putting it in the bag. Then she kept slamming the window. It was an African American girl with red hair. It’s horrible how y'all treat y'all customers. They thought it was funny how they treated me.

This used to be my favorite taco bell but not anymore. The lady at the register is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She needs to learn some customer service skills. Maybe a smile wouldn't hurt. If you hate your job that much maybe find a new one.

Problem employee. Old man who works the window in the morning makes my experience increasingly frustrating. He refuses to read. I constantly have to come back through the line to get my sauces, and here my quesadilla add jalapeño sauce is also missing its sauce.
Why when I come through in the morning can this taco bell not accurately fill my order? People are trying to quickly make a stop grab a bite and head to work and school.
This has happened more than once.

Wanted something quick after work, pulled in drive thru at 1230 am was told they are only excepting mobile orders, so I put a mobile order in waited about ten minutes just to give them time to make it, pulled to the speaker was told they are now closed. Google, Taco Bell app and their own store signs says open 24 hours, told them I had a mobile order pulled up to the window just to be told their closed and fryers have already been shut off so they can't make my order. Now have to wait for a refund. This is ridiculous. This is why I never go to this location. It's always something with them. Won't be back either. People work hard for their money, unacceptable to tell people they have to put a mobile order in and then tell them they are closed after they placed and paid for their order now forcing the customer to wait for their refund!

I had to go in forgot one of my flatbread three cheese chicken chipotle but he apologized and was very nice about it and the other guy brought it up and so I apologize for that and that's okay people make mistakes

I went through the drive thru. There was no one in front of us or behind us. There wasn't one person in the inside. We pulled up to the window at 8 p.m. exactly on 8-10-25. We were told at 8:13 that they were making our food fresh so that's why it was taking so long. We didn't ask we were just told this. We finally received food at 8:20. We pulled to the front to make sure everything was correct. It wasn't. We were given wrong order and the other order one taco was cold. I went inside. I told them this. They had to look on screens even though the order was on the bag and everything was in there. The manager argued with me screaming that I wasn't the only person that I had to wait. I told him I already waited 20 minutes at the window. He told me I was lying that I went home. I informed him that wasn't the case. He also told me that I was lying about no one else being there. He then screamed that they have online orders. He told me if I didn't like it I could just have my money back. I told him whatever he needed to do since he wasn't making my food. They started to refund me but then someone else said they could make it. I finally got my order at 8:48 p.m. I know fast food can be stressful but it should never take 48 minutes for fast food. Taco Bell should let it be known they are a casual dining restaurant and you will indeed be there for over an hour including eating time. I know that this taco bell is in the ghetto but that's the wildest situation I've ever been in. They weren't busy. The entire 48 minutes I saw them serve ten cars and 4 inside to go orders. I know it's Taco Bell but I've never in 44 years have seen anything like this.

This taco bell is horrible. we ordered our food and waited so long until we asked about our food they had forgotten to give to us ? How do you forget to give a customer food when there is no one even here other than two other people? And even worse, our food was cold, and all soggy, it was disgusting, never coming here again

So I usually go to this place and it's been really bad the last couple months. Ordered bean burritos that come out with only beans on them. Orders wrong.
Rude services at the window. But today I pay over $3 for a bean burrito add sour cream and this is what I'm served. It's completely dried up and gross.
I think im good on the store. Won't be returning
