This was by for the worst customer service I have ever experienced, My wife and I went through the drive-thru, we got the wrong drink and we held up the drink and looked at the employees to the window to get their attention to come back and help us but instead they stood around was on their phone just having a good time laughing and looked at us continuously and did absolutely nothing and a few employees walked up to the window and turn the other direction completely ignoring us they did absolutely nothing to help us they completely did not care whatsoever horrible horrible horrible customer service, we had to wait there for like 10 minutes just for I think it was the manager helped us I think he came from the back probably looking at the cameras to see that we needed help and no one was doing anything, So be warned about this Taco Bell If you go there and you get something wrong it's a big chance you'll be waiting there for a while and be getting ignored

This used to be my go to but it's gone downhill lately. The food is cold half the time and some of the workers seem very unhappy to be there. The worst thing is NO BAJA BLAST FREEZE for awhile now. The freeze is my favorite tacobell item so this is a huge problem for me. Guess I'll go to a different one until things turn around here.

This location used to be really fun. Full of human joy and weirdness and laughter and adventure and real people taking a real person's order. Now they have those dumb and terrible and awkward and impersonal AI smart ordering trash machines and it completely destroys my taco bell experience. I hope they take those away because it's the absolute worst and I'm a very very long time fan but I won't ever come back if they don't get rid of that. And it may be AI that reads this and processes it which is my goal. Take it all the way to the top, robot! We are the music makers and we are the dreamers of dreams.

If you door dash beware this Taco Bell only ,they more worried about their time, they make dashers wait in some small doorway instead of picking it up through the drive thru they literally cook the meat in a plastic bag in hot water food shouldn’t take this long

The employees that were working tonight around 11:30 did such an amazing job, literally the best food I’ve ever had from a Taco Bell. The employee at the window was super nice. Order was spot on and made very fresh!!!
Messed up my whole order, the items they did include weren’t made properly and majority were cold. I attempted to call to inquire about a remedy (this has happened on multiple occasions, so calling doesn’t seem crazy at this point) no one answered after multiple attempts.

If I could do 0 stars I would. This is one of the worst locations to order Taco Bell from in he evening. Every time we order from them we’re missing 3 items or even a whole meal! We ordered 3 boxes tonight and instead they’re throwing it al into one bag. We missed four items because they lack the care for the career that the employees are in. If they had it organized into the boxes they’re supposed to go in I’m sure they would be like, “oh hey okay. I can tell that this box is missing items.” I’m just saying if you cannot work at a fast food place and succeeds good luck moving up in life because fast food is one of the easiest things to do. Needs better management & workers.

Workers are terribly rude and dont show any respect whatsoever. I went through to say I had a pickup order and she interrupted me and rudely said 2nd window. Will not be coming here again and I do not recommend for anybody who does not have patients to sit here for over an hour only to get treated like crap when all you wanted was to eat some damn tacos.
