“I do like Costco. But be careful when you wash your hands in the bathroom! The water temperature is extremely hot!! I have eczema on my hands and it’s too hot on my tender hands. I also have two small kids and they had difficulty washing their hands at the sink because of the water. If kids are unable to safely wash their hands, that should be a sign it’s too hot. This should be a major safety hazard for their customers.“

“Response from the owner a day ago Gwendolyn Clark we do apologize for your dissatisfaction with your order. Unfortunately we do not cook our entrées to order. We prepare our entrées the traditional way true to creole/cajun culture the way it is prepared in New Orleans. You are welcome to order a pan of Gumbo made with your specifications$$$. Chef Borel’s Kitchen is a creole and cajun style ghost kitchen that fusses the delicious taste of New Orleans with the flavor of French, West African, Caribbean and Native American cuisine we stay true to our culture and the way our entrées are prepared. We do apologize that you did not see our signage is clearly posted in our parking lot and on our door and our walk up window as well. Chef Borels Kitchen is a ghost kitchen, virtual Kitchen, cloud Kitchen. “With that being said, we are a professional food preparation and cooking facility.” We are set up for the preparation of delivery only meals through menufy, DoorDash, Uber eats, and Grubhub only. Chicken Teriyaki

“Got the donburi bowl with chicken. Overall, it was a flavorful savory bowl. However, there was not enough cabbage, carrots, and chicken proportioned for the rice and overall the bowl was on the smaller side. At the very least, pump up the bowl with more veggies, but given the price, I was hoping for a little bit more chicken. I’d come back to try their other items and it is a nice addition to IND. having some quality food at an airport is not a given and this place offers a good option.“
