Do not know where to start but guess I will with the food, given that it is a restaurant. At the risk of sounding hyperbolic I have to say, that after ordering the Dallas cut of steak, it was the best steak I have had in a while. Juicy, savory, crisp outside and done to absolute perfection. Kudos to whoever cooked it. Corn was amazing and seasoned unlike most other restaurants who offer corn that typically comes bland. I had "fall off the bone ribs," and it stood up to the name!
Most of the time I came to Roadhouse, the meal is never really good, which leaves me only there for rolls. This time meal was good. Didn't even need any sauce for it.!

I usually give 5 across the board on any Texas roadhouse. This location of course the food was great as usual. The bar staff was friendly. They seemed to be a little unorganized. Judging from the staff training certificate's posted in the front foyer. It probably was just a bad night.
